it's sad that the 321 N Cedar Bluff Rd, Knoxville, TN 37923 location is the WORST location possible. $17.46 and we would have gotten more and better food from a McDonald's happy meal. on to of the chicken being gray inside the breeding and gray an off taste
Newport News store. Wife and I are out on a date night and go to the drive thru for milkshakes. Listening to the voice a guy is taking my order and after mentioning the first item he stops and says is that all. Basically I’m interrupted then a lady takes over so I start the order from scratch and she to interrupts me before I can even finish mentioning the first item so again I start the ordering from scratch and I ask her to let me finish speaking and wouldn’t let me. Half the time you may get a correct order. I don’t want cheese & mustard on my burger and they put cheese & mustard. Even checking with them 3 times at the drive-thru doesn’t help, because they show they don’t care. Speaker system sucks. They talk too fast and take the order too fast. Maybe if they slow down a bit, they’ll get our orders right.

Cook Out offers fresh and hot food at a fair price. Their burgers taste like they're straight from the grill, and the cajun fries are perfectly cooked. The peanut butter cup milkshake is a highlight, although it can be thick and is best enjoyed with a spoon. Customers praise the authentic fried foods, seasoned well, and flavorful burgers. The service is quick, friendly, and accurate, with food ready within minutes of ordering, whether dining in or taking out. Many customers have noticed the long lines, which reflect the popularity of the food. While some sandwiches may be light on toppings, the variety allows for trying different items in smaller portions, such as adding toppings like nacho cheese, bacon, and grilled onions to burgers. The restaurant has plenty of parking, even when busy, and offers upstairs seating for larger groups. The milkshakes, especially the peanut butter Oreo and banana pudding, are highly recommended and are some of the best around. Overall, Cook Out is a quick, easy, and affordable choice for fresh, flavorful fast food, with a huge selection of sides and great service that makes the experience memorable.
