“We were in on Thursday November 15th around 5pm. The young man that took our order was super!!! Extremely pleasant. As my wife and I left we both said “ Now that’s customer service!” and makes you want to return. Wished we got his name to post. If I’m not mistaken I think he helped train in the Bristol, VA location when it opened.“

“The two ladies working at 12:45pm on Tuesday December 16th were so polite and kind ! The one making my order made it exactly how I wanted it and answered every question I had. She didn’t rush me or treat me like an idiot for taking time to pick out what I wanted. Very patient compared to my usual experience at the Subway back home. This was also the cleanest Subway I had ever been to, the food looked SO FRESH I wish I took a picture. The woman ringing me up asked me if I wanted to make it a combo with chips and a drink which actually saved me some money, so kind of her. This is the customer service we want from a Subway, these ladies are doing a really great job, GIVE THEM A RAISE SUBWAY !!!!“

“I tried their new Hot Italian sub. It was amazing off the charts. The bread was so soft and chewy you didn't need teeth. My first visit to a Jersey Mike's and I drove 20 miles just to get this. Highly recommended.
I read some of these other reviews. It's a shame that some customers have no patience and are rude. Maybe they should try and work in one of these places and see what it's like to serve the public. They have no idea. My experience was pleasant with everyone that was there.“

“I ordered a pickup delivery from this subway — I didn’t get a chance to get her name, but the woman who was working today 1/17/26 around 1:30 pm deserves recognition, she was so kind and made my sandwich perfectly! Nowadays it can be hard to get good service and orders made correctly especially when ordering to go. I haven’t had a subway sandwich made to these standards in a long time. She went above and beyond, didn’t forget any toppings or items in my order, added the double meat I paid for (which for some reason is hard to actually get nowadays in my experience) and even took the care to double wrap my sandwich. Thank you 😊“

“The very first time my husband and I visited this café was on our way to our honeymoon. We were on our way to Montana and had come across the Lil Black Bear Cafe. It was back in 2021 and we loved the atmosphere so much because it was welcoming, friendly and the Jesus culture was appealing to us! Since that day forward whenever we visit Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg will always be supportive of this little treasure!“
