“Awesome place! Kids pumpkin night was so much fun with music and watching kids dance was fun. Food was really good and service was perfect and prompt with attention to detail. Kids got regular fries and they were really good but she brought a plate of smile fries they were supposed to get and they were really good too. We will be back to watch a game and eat and bring family to play pool while we wait to get food. Nachos look good, next time!“

“We ordered the 32 bone-in wings with the 4 different flavors. The wings were so grossly over cooked and the flavors were so indistinguishable from each other that we ended up throwing them away!!! These were without a doubt the worst wings we have ever had!!! Totally unpalatable!!! The curly fries that were boxed with them were so soggy and oil laden along with being so overly seasoned...., for a company that says JUST WINGS, I can`t imagine that they could surprise anyone with greatness!! This experience was just plain awful! Hope the next customer has a better experience than what we had! Won`t be back!!!“

“Had wings from here last night and they were fantastic. Only downside was you no longer had the Experience sauce, as it was amazingly tasty with heat. The Xtra hot buffalo was good, but was brought out some scorpion buffalo which was ok on heat, but lacked flavor. I love stupid hot hot wings, but gotta give me some flavor. Since this happened I ordered 8 Strawberry Chipotle wings, and though they have no heat to me, they are amazingly tasty. I do wish though that you would bring back The Experience, because it was the best tasting hottest sauces you have. Luckily, I brought along my own ghost pepper powder to kick it up without sacrificing flavor.. I will be back.“

“Placed online order and it was not right and wasn't happy with the fact it wasn't hot at pick up but the manager Ashley and her team immediately jumped on it made me a fresh order correctly and was super fast and nice about it!!! And it was so wonderful ! Really appreciated them“

“*update on my review* it's been a little bit since I posted the original review. Every single time I've ordered, I've always asked if they could text when here. Every single time they have done that. The drivers are always super nice and smiles at me. Today I ordered and it said 74-84 minute wait.. I got it in like, 30. I always tip above 18%, and sometimes wish I could add more because the drivers are always super nice and respectful. *original review* The lady who brought my delivery out was super nice and friendly! I recently became deaf, so ordering/delivery is kind of terrifying. But, she texted me before dropping off to make sure it was the correct house. A friend had to call and give them my new number because I forgot to change it. They did text the right one, so yay! Second time ordering in like the past week. What can I say? The wings are so dang good.. Anyways, both times have been awesome experiences. Thank you! (P.S. anyone dealing with a "rude employee.. treat them how you want to be treated and I guarentee they will be nicer. They are people too who have a life and are probably burnt out from being understaffed. Be nice! )“

“I got a pizza on Two for Tuesday, but didn't get the BOGO deal. Yes, I gave a bad review but WOW, I have changed my mind !! The manager took time to call me today to explain the coupon process for BOGO. Kudos to the manager !!!!! He didn't have to call but outstanding work !!! “I recently got the cookie/brownie with M&Ms...I had no idea it was such a skimpy package [only 4 in a pkg] of little brownies in a plastic wrap. I thought it would be actually baked and made fresh. I was shocked when they handed me that tiny package of unfresh, cold, tiny brownies for that much money--- totally NOT worth the wrapping it's in! Do not waste your money on this pathetic brownie-- go to Dominoes!! They actually make their's fresh and it's big and warm and super yummy!! -totally worth the money!!“

“This pizza hut is awesome to dine in at. It's like the old school pizza hut you may remember in the early and mid 90's the way the dining room is set up with great values on pizza meals for 2 or more people. The service was ? !! The waitstaff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. Definitely my favorite Pizza Hut in Northeast Tennessee here at this West Kingsport on West Stone Drive location by far !! I will always come back here. I hope they stay this way and never change because it was a great experience and value for the money spent ?!!“

“The best Papa Johns in our area in my opinion. Employees are always friendly and customer oriented. The best things about this Papa Johns is consistency. I only order when I'm on this end of Johnson City but can't say I have even had a half way decent pizza from here, it is always great reminds me of how all papa johns used to be. Recommended“

“First timers, we had salads. So delicious we can't wait to go back! Fresh greens, delicious grilled chicken. $30 for two people was pretty high for salad and beverage each, but there was a LOT of protein on the Cobb and the Asian, both. The food was the quality you'd expect at a sit-down restaurant. Going back soon!“
