“We called Monday to see if they would be open for dinner as my stepmother has been placed in hospice and this is her favorite place to eat. He said they were closing at 4:00 pm which was too quick for us to get there, and upon hearing that he offered to stay open until 5:00 so we could get there. When we arrived at 4:30 they treated us like family from the moment we arrived until we left. They made her last experience there amazing and were sure to make sure she had everything she wanted and needed. To say it was amazing would not do it justice for how special they made us feel here. The food was absolutely amazing, the service was second to none and the attitude and compassion made our hearts so full we were overwhelmed. The owner and his wife deserve to have as much business as they could possibly handle and want, people like them are very hard to find these days but when you do they deserve to be supported. You won’t regret your decision to have a meal here on any level, give them a try and experience what it’s like to be treated with gratitude and respect from people that have wonderful souls and truly appreciate your business. “My true review is a 3.5 out of 5. Let's get down to it.... I get offended by people claiming NY style when it is no where near NY style. First of all you can't claim NY and be cheap on your toppings, sauce included. At $2.50 a topping | should be having toppings in every bite and this fell short. I wanted to like them because the crust what the right flavor and crispness, and the sauce when you had it on your bite was perfection. But this was like being a teenager getting teased by your bf or gf endlessly waiting for something to happen but never does. And you're left behind wanting more but with overwhelming disappointment at the same time. I know it sounds harsh but just claim it as what it is. Take the NY style off the door unless you want to be more consistent, add extra sauce to your pizza, and quit being cheap on the toppings and make that pie greasy with goodness and you'll have something.“

“The staff here are all so friendly and accommodating. We have visited 2 days in a row now, and both visits have been great experiences. My husband and I both grew up eating Pizza Plus and love that they have the buffet during the week 11-2. (Salad bar, multiple different kinds of pizzas, and dessert pizzas as well) We also order delivery often on the weekends with great service and timely deliveries every time. “Pizza Plus- weaver pike, is the best pizza plus in the tri cities. I live close to this one, so I eat here all the time. Every meal I've ever ordered for my family has been beyond delicious. We absolutely love it. Always a go to for me.

Kid-friendliness: I took my 2 year old girl, and she was being a 2 year old, wanting to get into everything and the server on duty offered to make sure she didn't run out while I got my salad. I really appreciated it.“

Maybe our mistake for asking for extra sauce, but we had to bake it more at home. This is usually a great Pizza Hut and we will return! We like the sweet marinara better than the regular pizza sauce so they were nice to change it for us.“

“Despite there being a few booths tightly squeezed in the back of the restaurant, it’s not ideal for anyone wanting to dine in. Their food has been popular for decades with locals, however. The food is good quality but the workers can be downright rude. But, most people overlook the lack of ability to dine in and the rudeness of the workers due to their reputation as having one of the best pizzas in town. The ham sandwich is delicious and my personal favorite. However, I must mention that some of the items in the menu aren’t available. Take a chance for yourself and see if you enjoy a takeout pizza as much as many of the locals do!

Parking: The parking lot is large but accommodates numerous other stores. Handicapped parking is located by the grocery store next door and not convenient for handicapped customers.“

“We had lunch at this location today. The food is delicious but I have 2 comments. The penne with white clam sauce is more like Alfredo with clams in it. Delicious but not authentic. White clam sauce should just have olive oil, garlic, clams and clam juice. I cannot recommend the eggplant parmigiana at all. It was paper thin eggplant slices with a thick oily breadcrumb layer smothered in marinara and mozzarella cheese not parmesan. It was not appealing and I couldn’t eat it. But the garlic knots were the best I’ve ever had. Freshly baked and swimming in a very nice garlic butter. The salads were fresh and the calamari was perfect. So I recommend the place just not it’s authenticity and definitely not the eggplant dish!“

“I recently got the cookie/brownie with M&Ms...I had no idea it was such a skimpy package [only 4 in a pkg] of little brownies in a plastic wrap. I thought it would be actually baked and made fresh. I was shocked when they handed me that tiny package of unfresh, cold, tiny brownies for that much money--- totally NOT worth the wrapping it's in! Do not waste your money on this pathetic brownie-- go to Dominoes!! They actually make their's fresh and it's big and warm and super yummy!! -totally worth the money!!“

“We ordered two pizzas on Sunday, Jan. 19th for carry out. It was snowing and roads were getting slick, made it to the entrance of the subdivision only to turn around and come back home. Called the store and asked for delivery and explained out dilemma. The manager made no promises, but said he would give it a try. 20 minutes later Todd pulled up to our house in a 4x4 with hot pizzas. Durning our conversation I found out that Todd was an Army veteran and he has worked with Papa John's for two years making deliveries. He explained that he enjoyed this job because he gets to meet new people every day. Thank you to the store manager and Todd. We will be ordering from Papa John's again, requesting Todd again, snow or shine. ..... oh yeah, the pizzas were great too.“

From Fox's Pizza and Papa Johns to Johnny Bruscos and Pizza Hut, this place takes the cake! It's conveniently on my way home from work too so I will definitely be getting my Pizza fixes from Boomershine from here on out. The dinning area is small so it was loud which is my only gripe with dinning in. I'm also pretty sure the table that sat a good 5 minutes or so after us, got our Pizza so we had to wait probably 10 mins more for "theirs". We both had a large cheese. Is what it is though. Pizza is fantastic!

Parking: The pizzeria is attached to a gas station so getting in and out is a bit dodgey.“
