kalie was the best worker there in my lovely opinion i think she deserves a raise and i will definitely be back and would love to see her again
Management at this location is not good. Hostess had no clue what she was doing. Wait was over the time when we got called in from wait list. Parties were taken in front of us. Management made excuses!!! Our food was cold and steak undercooked!!! Do not go to this location!!! My advice is drive to locations in Knoxville for better service!!! This is the worse service I have ever experienced from a Texas Roadhouse!!!!
The manager, Heather, is the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional, and childish person I’ve ever come in contact with. She is rude to customers and to employees, and definitely should not be in customer service or management. The only time I’ve ever had issues at this restaurant is when she’s working.
