Absolutely incredible. Robust bourbon list. Unique (and classic) food choices. Super attentive and friendly staff. Won’t be the least expensive meal you’ll ever have but definitely worth it. Great atmosphere. Love that you can see the kitchen. Highly recommend.
Have been to The Appalachian many times and they always meet the mark. Had ribeye yesterday and it was perfection, best I’ve had. All the staff are warm and welcoming, friendly and make you feel you are the most important customer.
Highly recommend and will definitely see them again soon.
