“I’m in this store often for my mother in law, and every time i visit Teena is making our sandwiches. Teena is the best employee i’ve ever met in a fast food restaurant!! She’s quick, efficient, professional, and on numerous occasions i’ve seen her bust out 50 sandwiches even while training another employee and checking people out at the same time!! She makes each subway visit tolerable and i think this girl deserves a raise! TEENA 2024!!“

“I order pickup a lot and its always a breeze. I've never had an issue with getting my order wrong when I make modifications! The subs are always delicious! Its usually ready by the time quoted, and if theyre busy, the workers still are very helpful with checking what order you're waiting on!“

“I went there on a Saturday had 2 new employees they said they just started they were so friendly and professional and made me a protein bowl that was so good . I was very impressed by how they seemed more like friends and coworkers. Didn’t get their names but I hope when I go back they are still there.“

“This is one of the cleanest subways in south Knox. They are a bit under staffed but seems to be the normal thing these days everywhere. Each worker ,works their bottoms off . I think if the company would keep the stores equipment updated more ..it'd prob help and if the company it's self would hire people and send them to stores that's only got 2 or 3 workers that'd help also . I love the flavor of the new meat they have,everything seems stocked well everytime im there. Those workers get the job done even tho I've seem them treated very poorly by customers. It's like some customers seem to.forget these are people.also, so I try to keep that in my mind when im anywhere. These same 2 woman. Are ALWAYS here no matter the time of day . So just be understanding when going In places these days after covid ...besides its not a Ruth Chris steak house its SUBWAY people ..lol

Parking: The store is inside walmart so there plenty of parking ,just a little walk to get inside the store

Kid-friendliness: The subway pizza is amazing kids love it and the Lil sandwiches opps for them are great

“5/21/24 - Subway has always been one of those gold standard restaurants with fresh ingredients, clean premises & kind staff.Today has been no different. If they ever bring back $5 footlongs, I'd eat here daily.Restrooms are attached to Pilot next door, and they are near-spotless daily.

Parking: Location is right off I-40, so busy during rush hours. There's more parking on the side where the car wash is.

Kid-friendliness: Not built for kids: No high chairs. No playscape, play place.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking, but no automatic doors. Seating is cramped for wheelchairs.“
