“For a Chick-fil-A, it was pretty slow moving in that drive-through. The employees were good, no complaints about them or the food. I'm not even really complaining about the wait time either, as I've been in much worse. It just seemed like longer than normal and with fewer cars.“

“This was my first time eating at Chicken Salad Chick on 7/15/24 Hamilton Place Mall area. The employees were patient and nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere inside of the restaurant. The newspaper article of the company was very informative. I enjoyed the seasonal salad, s'more rice crispy treat, watermelon tea, and strawberry lemonade. They had quality service and cleaned the areas when the customers left.“

“We went in late, about 8:50 on a Sunday night. The only mark against service was we couldn't get I e from either machine out front. The chicken tacos that Zaxbys is making is the best menu item they have added in at least 15 years. If this is a limited time offer, that is a huge mistake.“

“First time visitor, the food was very good except for the chicken wings I ordered. I got the sauce on the side so that made the wings naked, there was no flavor on the wings other than that sauce that they give you. And there were still a lot of feathers on the chicken that I had to pull off before I could enjoy it. The chicken strips that I ordered were nice and juicy and flavorful, but very small. And the French fries had too much of that sprinkled salt flavoring on it. I think just a light amount of that will suffice other than that the lady taking my order was very nice and pleasant.“

Parking: While yes technically there's plenty of parking, half of the parking is behind the building but really not usually an issue as most people don't dine in at this location (I guess because the employees are too fast ?)“

The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“

“It's a Chic-fil-a! In the mall!!! The last of the restaurants actually in the mall, not on the outskirts.....Food is always good and out to you promptly just like the standalone versions. Service is always with a smile and "my pleasure". Sweet tea will always be my go to with a Number one on a whole wheat bun with Xtra pickles. What do I miss most??? Carrot raisin salad!!!!
