“When we are told to go to break, we go to break. I recall this exact incident that JRob has expressed. I was floating in my attempt to catch them up before being told that 3rd time to go to break. I do not like taking breaks while yall are crowded waiting to order or waiting for your food neither darling. But I have zero control over that. I apologize if you did not see me greet someone or yourself for that matter. But I promise you, I am actually one of the few who actually do greet customers. I have multiple regulars whom have become part of the family. I truly am sorry you had a bad experience. I read this week's ago. Mentioned I wanted to respond to you and got the green light to do so. I didn't want you leaving on a bad experience.

“I went through the drive-thru so I don't really have a whole lot to say about the atmosphere but the food was amazing! If you haven't tried their white cheddar macaroni and cheese or the mac and cheese loaded, you have really been missing out! In my opinion, this is the best macaroni and cheese that you can get at a restaurant of any kind.“

“Ok so the place is great I would rate 5 stars but every time I order online for pickup my order for the past few times I’ve order has been wrong. I get an ice coffee every morning and I order it online but for the past few times the stuff that I paid extra for I have not been getting. If I wasn’t paying extra for a product I wouldn’t have cared.“
