“It's one of the best diners I have eaten at in a while. They have a great breakfast selection, and the hamburgers 🍔 are the best, has quickly become a favorite place to eat, and are very affordable . Try the homemade onion rings they are really good.“

“Ordered double beef whopper, no ketchup add extra tomato, medium fries. Everything was freshly made, fries were hot and fresh with just the right amount of salt. Customer service was great, and the guy who took my order was friendly. Dining room tables and flooring was very clean. As far as I could see, the backend where food was made was clean and in good shape. It wasn't super busy but it was constant, as they were taking orders and getting them out quickly. The parking lot was clean as well. I learned afterwards this store is under new management and they're doing a great job. With new managers, they've turned over some unhappy employees apparently.

“Stopped for a quick lunch. Ordered the BLT Chicken sandwich, 1st time it had only pickles, took it back they put bacon on it the 2nd time, 3rd time I had enough, there was no lettuce or tomato. WOW. Hubs had chicken strips which were noting to write home about. lol. Will stick to breakfast here. They do a descent job at that.“

“This location is a lot better than the old Madisonville location. I love the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club, it's delicious! Their Lemonade is really good, the Strawberry Lemonade is my favorite! I would also recommend trying the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit for breakfast. The line is almost always long and you gotta wait a little bit.“

“As usual I did an uber delivery and I was surprised to have no mistakes! Most of my deliveries from various restaurants have left off items, sometimes a complete meal. It is impossible to get a refund with Uber. Doordash is much more accommodating, but Uber has more restaurant choices. Tonight The bag was sealed, which I loved and the food arrived warm. They remembered every sauce and sent napkins! The only small thing is they didn't send ketchup, which I think should be mandatory with fries. there was not an option on the app to ask for ketchup.Overall, they did a great job.“

“My order was wrong. The employee was very apologetic and hurried to correct it. Once my right order arrived, I was pleased to see that my substitution was right (since most places get it wrong).Then I got home and realized that my non-substituted meal was completely wrong. Luckily I had the stuff in my house and doctor it up enough to eat it.4 stars because they were super busy and tried to make it right without attitude or excuses. I would have gave 5 stars if the other meal hadn't still been incorrect.“

“We drove all the way from Corryton just to eat at Bert’s Hometown Grill and it was totally worth it! The food and service were amazing! We ordered their mozzarella sticks, pizzas and a chipotle chicken sandwich! YUM and what a deal! We totally recommend! 10 out of 10!“

“Ok people if you haven't tried A&W in Madisonville Tennessee you need to go. I got the double mushroom onion Swiss burger. It was amazing 🤩 and I don't eat fast food that much. The best restaurant I've been to in a long time 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“
