“Went thru the drive thru and had the best interaction the young man in the drive thru. I asked for a drink at the window I forget to ask for at the speaker and he paid for my drink. He also gave us updates on our order while waiting on fresh fries! I didn’t catch a name but great job young man!“

“Was passing through and came in to try the new toasted cheddar street chalupas but they were already out. To make up for it, they gave me my drink for free! I got the cantina chicken crispy tacos instead and they were the freshest ones I've ever had from any Taco Bell.“

“This location is a lot better than the old Madisonville location. I love the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club, it's delicious! Their Lemonade is really good, the Strawberry Lemonade is my favorite! I would also recommend trying the Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit for breakfast. The line is almost always long and you gotta wait a little bit.“

“Honestly, the order was correct and the staff was nice. Only complaint is the location. The cement leading into and out the drive thru is a bit damaged. But in regards to service wise it was expected top tier. 10/10 would come again despite the location just for staff, quickness of order and a correct order.

Parking: It's one of the wierd ones due to the small area but it's there.“

“This location is an easy jump off the interstate, so we stop here frequently when traveling. Apparently EVERYONE got off the interstate when we did today because they were absolutely slammed with customers. Even so, I'd like to brag on their general manager, who was right in the middle of the rush, encouraging his team, keeping things moving, and doing it all with a pleasant and upbeat attitude. This guy and his team did a great job!“

“They are better than the McDonald's in Madison ville, which where completely out of fish sandwiches .and had very slick floors. So we went to Sweetwater McDonald's and ordered fish sandwiches. And received good service. And clean place to eat.“

“I took my dog to the vet. I promised her a foot long for lunch. Her FAVORITE place is sonic. Our waiter was a young person ,Zackary. Extremely polite,got our order 100% right and delivered our food fast. 2 plain foot longs with Onion Rings(in which we're an upgrade and was explained to me as well) were exceptionally hot and I LOVED that. Good job kitchen. Great experience,Reasonable price... yep,we'll be back.“

“Ok people if you haven't tried A&W in Madisonville Tennessee you need to go. I got the double mushroom onion Swiss burger. It was amazing 🤩 and I don't eat fast food that much. The best restaurant I've been to in a long time 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“
