Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has received mixed reviews from its customers. Some diners reported extremely slow service, with one instance highlighting a 30-minute wait despite the restaurant being nearly empty. There were complaints about the food, particularly the lemon pepper dry rub tenders, which some found drastically overseasoned. Additionally, issues with order completion were noted, leading to frustration for some customers.
On a more positive note, many customers praised the staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. During a recent grand opening in Dyersburg, TN, employees were commended for their caring and respectful service, even during a busy event. Another customer noted that while service can vary depending on the team members present, their overall experience was enjoyable, especially in Union City, where they love to eat at Zaxby's.
Overall, Zaxby's offers good food and has some dedicated, friendly staff, but customers should be prepared for potential delays in service.
