“We went Saturday 1/16/26 at 530pm and the place was packed! Rene was the only server there! Even though it took a very long time to get our pizza she was friendly and kept our drinks full while we waited and also gave us chips while we waited. I felt so bad for her but she handed it like a champ! Thanks Rene!“

Called and spoke with Ethan the manager about not being credited my Emergency Pizza and he took care of me. Customer support is non existent from any phone number or email. I wasted 15 minutes creating a case, was given a case number and that is it! There was no follow up or anything from the chain. Its a shame that the corporate level does nothing to take care of customers and leave it to the local stores to address. Thanks for taking care of me on this Ethan!“
