“Food was just messy and sloppy and just kind of thrown in their kind of just messed up and everything was all over the place but the people at the desk at the counter that took the order and and gave it to me we're really very nice and very polite and welcoming the atmosphere was okay it was much kids running around screaming but I mean it's a fast food joint we expect it was okay with that but it was clean and everything was really great“

“Every time I come to this Zaxby’s, the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the food is always delicious. I especially love the loaded bacon ranch fries, they never disappoint! Amber always does an exceptional job making sure my order is taken correctly and that everything is fresh and perfect. She’s always kind, always has a smile, and has a great attitude. Her professionalism and kindness truly stand out. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back! ♡“

“The Asian girl ( I looked on my receipt and it didn’t give her name) taking and giving orders at the window was AMAZING! She payed attention to detail and asked if I wanted ketchup, and asked again to make sure. I told her she’s the best window worker they have. Food came out fresh and hot today!“

“The bathrooms were clean. The staff was a pleasure to order with. I am keto so I order lettuce bun substitution. All I got was smiles and kindness. No attitude or feelings like an inconvenience. The food was fresh and delicious. Well put together. I will be back when drive through on vacation again.“
