“My usual order is the the grilled cheese with fig jam and peppers - the sweetness of the jam against the slight spice of the red peppers makes for a great combination. The cheese itself is very melty and has a great flavor.I've also tried their Jamon beurre and it is a simple, but tasty cold sandwich.The staff is always so friendly, I always enjoy my visit.“

“Went with a friend and his wife for dinner. I had the 2 fried pork chops with gravy. My wife had the chicken fried steak with gravy. Everything was hot and delicious. Waitress was attentive and helpful. The restaurant was clean and organized.“

“A hidden gem. Black owned. Great and fresh food...like seriously the chicken tenders were tender tender!!! This was my first time and the ladies were nice and cared about how long I waited... and gave me a courtesy drink for my wait. The wait time was about 10 to 15 minutes... but the wait time was well worth it! ???? And the history that was incorporated in my meal was another great addition!“

“Just inhaled The Vegan Bitch Burger with sweet potato fries!!! OH MY Taste Buds!! This was delicious, filling and I will definitely order again and again!! Burger ingredients were so tasty/fresh and sweet potato fries ....were "slap yo mama" crazy good .. not over seasoned!! AJs2GO is a definitely a seasoned "take out to go" business ... fast/personable experience...AJ is a must to meet in person too!! Check out his extensive vegan menu... he caters too!!!“

“My picture of the food doesn't do it justice ? but I promise it was great. The service was flipping bomb!! (Like in a good way) Our waitress was amazing and she was joking with us and made us feel special. The venue is very cool and unique, for sure will come back. We did go on a very humid day and their AC was kinda wimpy so if you go I would recommend fall-spring time not Texas heat. It is extremely kid friendly but we had a group of 5 gals ranging from 24-26 and we had a blast.Kid-friendliness: Tons of kiddos, they had a lady doing balloon hats/wands/animals for tables and all the servers were in costumeWheelchair accessibility: There aren't any stairs unless you want to go see the magic show on the second floor and they do have an elevator but when we went it was out of order. So please call ahead of time if you wish to go upstairs (they do have a bar up there too)“
