“Cannot give Hayley enough praise for taking care of us. Wife wanted Caesar salad but not on the menu. Hayley worked with her to create the desired salad by starting with a menu item and then adding and subtracting ingredients to arrive at the perfect dish. Then wife described a cocktail she wanted but couldn't name. Hayley brought the bartender to the table to discuss, and she then produced a great drink quite similar to the one we remembered. The bartender made a Last Word cocktail for me that was just right. Overall impression was that the staff put great effort into providing a high level of customer satisfaction.“

“The Skellig is a great Dallas bar. We recently hosted our company holiday party here and working with Brice, the GM, couldn't have been easier. We appreciate all of his attention to detail and accommodations for our group. We can't recommend the Skellig enough!“
