“I had an amazing experience here! The workers were so sweet, and my food came out fresh! It was so tasty! I held a nice conversation with the younger manager, I think her name was Brianna.. Don’t see too many nicer young lady’s working nowadays. It was nice!“
“I got a burger for lunch here, however not as done as I like them. I brought it back after work and explained that I told them I like it well done, this particular burger was not. The manager did not give me the chagrin & grief I anticipated. He apologized, made my entire lunch again (I already ate the fries & finished my drink earlier), I couldn’t eat a half cooked burger though so I brought the whole thing back with one bite out of it. I’ve been visiting this Sonic since 2017 whenever I’m supporting one of my sites in the area. Mostly they get it right. I would recommend this Sonic any given day of the week. It’s in a prime location right of I20W just off the exit.“
“Food was excellent and made fresh as you order. I been to other sonic establishments where I got old food. But this place was on point in regards to the food and customer service. “All I can say is Wow! The cook who did my small double meat cheese burger was delicious on March 7 at 2:45pm. You are a keeper. I am so use to fast food throw there burger together, when I bite into the Sonic burger it melted my mouth. The bun was grilled to perfection. Every bite was a pickle included. I got a small burger at that. If I had know it would be that good, I would have got a large one. Keep up the good work grill worker. You deserve a raise. I will be back soon for other one!!!!!“
“if you order at the store it's usually a 10-15 minute wait if you order thu the app it is same wait after you arrive at the store. I have actually had to call the store because they said they were bringing my order out and it never made it to me.“
“The service was great and efficient. The time between order input and order delivery to the car was once of the fastest I've ever had at a Sonic. I was impressed. I ordered the bacon double cheeseburger combo. I would highly recommend this location.“

“A consistent representation of what a Sonic is, the Carhop/Order taker did a great job answering questions and helping make selections.I used to get the breakfast sausage croissant all the time but they discontinued it, replacing it with a brioche bun thing. It was tasty but it just hits different.All told, come on through.

“My burger was delicious although it was not pleasant to find a piece of what i believe is a bunched up piece of old lettuce it was not in my burger but was not nice to see. At first glance it looked odd but once i pulled it apart i noticed it was lettuce. But food overall delicious!“
“I bought 3 blaster shakes, delicious. But what I noticed was when you get ready to pay not only does it give you the option to tip but also it asks if you want to give the remaining of your change.Sonic always had good food, great options, etc.“
“Service was absolutely immaculate. They got a large complicated order correct on the first try. However, there was a couple of obnoxiously drunk people hanging around the parking lot, and at least one drug deal going on while we were in the drive-through“
“I had a great experience this morning at this Sonic. I just wanted to say the carhop Dederian was very polite and professional EVEN though he was running around back and forth. He took my order, brought my food and wouldn’t be surprised if he was back there cooking all the orders as well, he seemed super busy but still managed to stay polite and professional. Management needs to hold on to employees like this person because THEY are what keeps people coming back to their establishment.“

“8/25/24, I have not had a hamburger and onion rings in a long time that was piping hot and so delicious as I had today. The waitress help me with the screen to pay because of the sun reflection which was nice. My order was out in 5 minutes hamburger exactly how I ordered and onion rings perfect. It was so good.“
“I ordered the no 2. I was asked onion rings or tots. Onion rings. When I got to the window the total was $0.75 more than I had figured with tax. I asked why. I was told that had nothing to do with the amounts. They just worked there. I paid they amount and looked at the receipt and saw that I was charged to up size with out being asked. What I ordered was a double meat burger. What I got was a single meat. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. MAKE SURE THEY CHARGE YOU FOR WHAT YOU ORDERED!“
“Went there this afternoon. They were very busy. Ordered a route 44 diet cherry limeade. I waited for like half an hour. I think they were short staffed today. Don't know if they got my order or not cause I was sitting outside at the patio. Kept waiting. An employee would bring out orders. I finally asked him where my drink was. He took the order and brought me my drink. I did give him a good, reasonable tip because he was working hard.“
“11/9/23 11:13am to be exact Today I called to ask a question and the lady that picked up the phone was really rude she hung up the phone on me , well she thought she hung up the phone on me but the line was still on I heard her speaking in Spanish with Employee on the phone about me and I’ve never had this horrible experience with sonic in my life!!! “I typically use my app to order so I won't have to yell at the speaker when I arrive. It makes it really convenient. Just make sure when you check in, you watch the progress. I'm they will mark it as delivered and you will end up waiting longer if you don't pay attention. Other than that I don't really have issues. I would like to note that when they make burgers heating up the bun will make the burger taste more fresh. Nothing I hate worse than a cold bun with hot ingredients.“
“-EDIT- Raymond the new manager fixed everything. He even offered to give me a free drink, which I politely declined because I am not greedy. This new manager is a great guy & deserves everyone's support. He truly deserves a $20k raise.
Richard should not be a GM or work for sonic. When I got home I realized half my order was missing. I called in to ask about it. I spoke with Brie who said they could offer me a refund or full remake. When I stopped by earlier tonight, I spoke with Richard who identified himself as the GM who said he could easily remake the order, but instead of making things right & correcting the problem, he proceeded to give me every excuse as why he would not remake the order. Very rarely have I had problems with missing items from Sonic, but when I have they have been very quick about correcting the problem with remaking the order in order to make up for the inconvenience of not having the original order & having to come back. This is the first time I have ever left a bad review & it is because of Richard the GM.“

Parking: they have parking on both sides of the main building, I didn't count, but maybe 45 to 55 slots. It's drive in, fine a slot, order from the car, you can eat there or drive home, that's another plus for me.
Wheelchair accessibility: Shouldn't be no problem, you don't have to get out of your vehicle,“
“Only Sonic that answers right away and service is great the others near me like the one off inwood and lemon sucks and the one off i35 on regal row sucks as well they never answer the customers and have them waiting until they either get tired of trying or until they get helped and were talking about an hr worth wait I will come here from now on because I was satisfied today with this location off of forest ln and marsh“

“This is probably the best sonic I've ever been to. I've now came here 2 times, ordered the fried steak sandwich combo with tots and dirty coke. Amazing food. Tots were ACTUALLY COOKED ALL THE WAY! most sonics don't do that well. This last time got a burger, mozz and dirty coke. Still made it amazingly. Hope this sonic stays up. The people are very nice and respectful and food is really made well.“
“I have visited this location over 50 times since 2020. The customer service has always been terrible and there is usually a significant wait. However, when I visited recently, car hop Eric was very pleasant and my order came out in a matter of minutes. I was very impressed. I hope that management gives him a raise and keeps him around!“
