“We had a wonderful dinner experience at Sachet. We started at the bar with a Mahon Gin cocktail and were seated shortly thereafter. Loved the roasted carrot/hummus swirl with hot pitas and the mozzarella with grilled stone fruit was delicious. Jenny, our server, was outstanding. Our red fish/broccolini/grilled shishito special was fantastic. Loved the wine list (Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas!) and the Amaro. Very enjoyable evening!“

“My wife & I usually go thru the drive thru & the couple of times we hv had a pleasant encounter w/Valeria I believe that is her name. She's always polite & her customer service is great even over a mic. I just want to say workers like Valeria is why me & my wife come here. “If you want an authentic taste of Spain, Si Tapas is the perfect spot. Tucked away in Uptown, it offers a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere that is peaceful and not overcrowded.
A massive shoutout to Eduardo, who was hands-down the best! He took our experience to the next level with his incredible service, guiding us through the menu and recommending the absolute best food. To top it all off, their sangria is easily the best in Dallas.
Between Eduardo's stellar hospitality, the flawless vibe, and the phenomenal dishes, we will absolutely be back!“

“Today was a beautiful day, perfect for a birthday celebration at Bistro 31 😍. Our family of ten were seated in the back (outdoor but inside) and we were treated as very special people, and the service by Luke was extraordinary. The food was wonderful....plates were empty. And the bread and butter...I am embarrassed by the amount we ate . Birthdays usually have cake, and we were surprised with olive oil cake for our table. YUM! Big thanks to Al Lombardi and staff for a fantastic time!“
