“Recently just moved to this neighborhood and decided it was a perfect day for a sandwich! I placed a pick up order at this subways location and when I arrived not only was the man working extremely welcoming and very nice but he also let me know that he gave me a foot-long instead of a 6 inch free of charge! He’s never even met me before and did such a kind thing for me! I will definitely be coming back!“

“I ordered two foot longs and on one I asked for chicken breast and the lady put chicken strips but I didnt feel like telling her to change it. Other then that she did everything I asked her to perfectly and me and my husband really enjoyed our dinner.“

“The ladies that works there were amazing!!! It was my first time visiting Dallas (from MD) so I took the bus to explore the downtown area. I stop there to order some sandwiches and go back to the hotel. After ordered I went back to the bus stop right next to the subway. Two busses ? (230 line) didn’t stopped and after an hour I had no cellphone battery so I had to go back to subway. My cord didn’t work and those amazing ladies offered me a cup with ice and water and shared their fast charger cellphone cord that I used to check the time for the next bus stop. I made it back to the hotel thanks to them. They’re very kind people!“

“This Subway is not franchised and is independent. The owners are very friendly and very hard working. They were super happy and helpful when I was there and it's always nice to see that. Food tasted better than the usual subway and I would highly suggest giving this place a shot if you drive by this area.“

“Loved this location. It's very clean inside. The staff is quick and attentive when taking orders. It was busy but the line moved smoothly. Workers had on gloves and greeted customers coming in and when leaving. I called before arriving to ask about accepting coupons. The employee said they do. When arriving saw sign stating they take coupons but for specific subs only mainly the pork subs( ham, Italian, cold cut combo, pepperoni), and do not honor BOGO. Other locations visited you could order any sub with coupons as long as it wasn't any of the new featured subs. Guess it depends on locations, owner, etc...“

“Subway is one of those places you just have when you are in a hurry and don't think much about it. But the experience at this location was so amazing and memorable in comparison to any other I have been to.The sandwich artist who made our sandwiches was so outgoing and kind. He helped by making suggestions and also convinced us to try their new footlong churro and pretzel. Both of which were great.The sandwiches were made to perfection as well. Perfect amount of toppings and the condiments were spread evenly throughout making it a 10/10 sandwich.This will now be the only subway we come to.Thank you!“

“I love Subway tuna sandwiches. To me they have the best tuna. When we were there they were out of some things like pickles but it was good. Service was lacking as I think they had new people but I will always go back. It is my favorite sub shop.“

“This Subway is located inside Mountain View College and Trinidad Garza ECHS’ campus. It’s pretty cute and cool, if they had one more worker it would be fast as heck. Don’t doordash or order delivery from here probably since the demand from the college and early college students is high. Really convenient for anyone on campus though.“

“What you would expect from subway, closes early. Long lines in between classes even in the summer. Drink refill aren't free 0.75 for soda and 0.50 for coffee. Great tasting food, also has special lunch meals that aren't available off campus“

“Update...I was at 700 e. Irving blvd. Not this one....Order thru subway app!! 2 ft longs for 15 with rewards...I paid 11.88 w free delivery and im only 2 miles away but it came in 11 mins!! Lightening fast way better than door dash..though powered by them it would have been way longer thru door dash. It came instantly...insanely cool. Also the story location gives mostly bread and always light like a feather and I asked them to stuff them full of veggies and they're awesomely made also! Tons of lettuce and olives like I asked for! “I came in with a friend on Sunday evening, there was only one employee but he was very nice and helped us with our questions and any substitutions we had. Only issue was we couldn’t eat inside, and had to walk back to our hotel before eating. Also it didn’t exactly seem to be the safest location after dark. Overall a good experience though.“

Kid-friendliness: They offer kids meals here but you'll need to ask. It's recommended for younger kids mostly. Older kids will likely want the normal half sub experience and beyond.

Parking: You can find close parking right outside. It's a shared space.“

“My food was great! I was worried about the outdated reviews. I placed an order for in store pick up on the app at 6:30, my food was ready by 6:38. The app did not show the progress or that the food was ready, so I just walked in.

I was greeted by a friendly "welcome in" and a smile. My food was ready, sandwich was great (I ordered chicken with lots of veggies)“

I overheard a guy in line saying she has been alone for a while and never shows frustration. I feel bad for her and gave 5 stars for service as she worked hard to get us on our way on our lunch hour.“

“I honestly don't leave reviews on anything often, but I am extremely pleased with my experience at this store.Hemanth and Daisy are amazing employees at this location. They go above and beyond, and they are always extremely delightful, courteous, and kind every time they work with a customer (trust me, I have seen it firsthand many times now).But today really made it for me. Today, I watched Hemanth politely and patiently help an elderly gentlemen carry his food back to his car and Hemanth delicately ensured the man made it safely back to his car. As this was occurring, Daisy covered for Hemanth quickly and attentively and really wanted to make sure I got my food in a timely manner, although I didn't mind waiting a little while.I typically go to this location once to twice per week solely because of the excellent service I always receive at this location. Every time I walk in the door, I am met with a "hello sir", a smile, and very excellent food preparation.I already liked this place as this, but now I'm going to go to this location far more frequently because of Hemanth and Daisy.To the manager running this establishment, I want to say you made a brilliant choice in hiring these two diligent and incredible employees and I sincerely hope you do everything you can to ensure they stay at your location.To say I'm impressed is honestly an understatement.
