“The Baker’s Son opened in Kissimmee, FL. I was able to go to there soft opening 12/4/2025. The Filipino Baked goods are fresh, and they have a variety to choose from. I tried a couple, and loved the savory chicken filled siopao and chicken filled pandesal. The Filipino dessert baked goods were delicious too. All made fresh out of the oven. “I’m completely addicted to their Salted Caramel and Red Velvet both are rich, moist, and have the perfect amount of sweetness. The flavors really stand out, and you can tell everything is made fresh.

The inside is small but super easy for quick pick-up. You just walk in, choose what you want, and you’re out very convenient. There’s no seating, so it’s definitely a grab-and-go spot.

The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is the coffee. It’s pretty mid and not worth the extra spend, but the cupcakes alone make the trip totally worth it.
