“We dined in. Chris is an excellent server, attentive and accommodating. Made sure we understood menu options and checked on our table from time to time to see if we needed anything. Nothing lacking here. Key lime pie and crème brûlée were awesome! When we come back we’ll ask for him.“

“Literally my new favorite place to eat! Even better than Fogo de Chao. The food was delicious. Excellent cuts of meat. Well seasoned. The best dining experience ever. Our waiter was the best ??. The restaurant was beautiful. The atmosphere was relaxing and again the service was above and beyond. We definitely recommend eating here for date night, anniversaries, any special occasions or just an outing with the family. It is the best atmosphere for any occasion. And of course the best part was dessert! ?“

“This place is our favorite Brazilian restaurant of all time, to the point where they know us when we walk in and don't even ask for our drink order, embarrassingly. We used to go to Texas de Brazil, Avenida Brazil, and Fogo de Chao, but once we discovered Gauchos, I don't think we've been to any other Brazilian gaucho restaurants. Their service is significantly better than any of the other choices in the area. The salad bar is smaller than TdB, pretty much on par with Fogo, and has a wide range of items to keep everyone happy. If you haven't already been here, it's a must-try! You won't be disappointed.Vegetarian options: Salad bar has many options.“

“Best Açaí ever! Great place with amazing service and bowl options! Love either getting açaí berry or protein bowl or buying frozen puree for extra at home! Hope they open other locations so I can have close to office in The Woodlands!“

“I discovered this place during the 2020 pandemic. The owner and staff are very friendly. This place doesn’t promote to be upscale like other Brazilian places. What they do offer is better food quality and service. The meat is prime grade. Other places are not serving this type of meat quality.“

“Amo muito! Every time I feel like eating something that tastes like home I come here! Especially their little “market store”inside! Everything’s so authentic, I love it! However, it is a little pricey! But it’s worth coming here every once in a while!“

“Really fun experience celebrating a birthday at Gauchos do Sul. The service was amazing and the ambience is very cool. Once you turn your card to green, they begin streaming in with various meats ready to be cut and eat. The cuts were all delicious and the chimichurri was very good. The salad bar was very good as well. I'd highly recommend this dining experience to anyone.“

“Ran across this food truck at the Bayou City Art Festival and was in the mood for loaded fries so we gave Brazilian Churrasco a try!Despite being decently busy with a steady line of people ordering, we got the Brazilian Limeade immediately and the Gaucho Fries within five minutes of ordering.I don't remember the cost exactly but I remember thinking it was fair, especially considering how outrageous event pricing can get on refreshments. The Brazilian Limeade was perfect. The weather was cool but it could get a little warm in the sun, making the limeade very refreshing. It was very mellow, not too sweet, and not too tart. The Gaucho Fries were exactly what we wanted, some very tasty loaded fries with a Brazilian twist. All in all, if you are hungry and happen to stumble across this food truck, definitely check it out!“

“The food is great, the service is excellent, and the restaurant is beautiful. We went to celebrate a friend's birthday and will definitely be back. Mariana took such good care of us! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who'd want to try brazilian cuisine.“
