“We enjoyed an incredible dinner at Pappas Bros. Steakhouse on Westheimer Road in Houston. The ambiance was refined and inviting, setting the stage for a memorable evening; though the lively atmosphere made it a bit noisy at times. We both opted for the 8 oz filet mignon paired with au gratin potatoes, and every bite was outstanding. The steak was exceptionally tender, bursting with rich, savory flavor, while the potatoes were decadently cheesy and the perfect complement. To finish, we shared a slice of key lime pie, which struck the ideal balance between tart and sweet. Our waitress was fantastic—warm, attentive, and instrumental in making the experience even more enjoyable. From start to finish, it was a top-tier dining experience!“

“Per recommendation of my friend, I chose to make a reservation here for my birthday dinner. It is also Restaurant Weeks, so we ordered off that menu. I got the double breasted chicken and asparagus and mashed potatoes and the truffle Mac and cheese. My friend ordered the filet mignon. Everything but the mac and cheese was amazing. The Mac and cheese was not bad, however, the truffle was overpowering and not something I would eat again. If you can tolerate the power of the truffle then you could order the mac and cheese. Also, for my birthday they gave me a dessert from the Restaurant weeks menu and it was pretty good. The live music was a plus and I definitely will be back to try the regular menu.“

“A beautiful dining experience. Wonderful live music at just the right decibels on a Saturday night. My fiance' had the ahi tuna and requested it to be medium well, and it came out perfectly. I had the sea bass. The fish was perfectly tender and served over a delicious and tender sauteed spinach. No one can go to Eddie V's and be disappointed.“

“Originally had the intention of going to another restaurant but booked the wrong date for our reservation; turned out being an incredible mistake which resulted in us dining at Flemings! Had a wonderful experience from the start with the hostesses being very welcoming and explaining their menu to us. We didn’t make reservations but I can’t say it always is this easy to get a table. Our server Richard (name on receipt) was amazing, he was timely, kind, and accurately took down our orders. The On Cloud 9 beverage tasted great and had quite a kick without tasting like alcohol. The crab cakes were a delicious appetizer. The steamed ginger Seabass tasted exquisite and had such complimenting flavors. My partner really enjoyed his filet and lobster entree. The macaroni and cheese had a very homemade baked feel to it (interpret it as you may) but I still found it to be very good. They have a menu of desserts and delicious after-meal drinks to choose from which I loved my latte. Would definitely recommend dining here especially if you are looking for a nice date-night dinner.“

“Updated- I was able to try the “new” Andiron recently. The menu is a bit different. Gone are the expensive Wagyu meats and some new items have been added. Fortunately, the space kept its classic elegance and much of the same great staff remains. The martinis are still the best. I wouldn’t say the place is much less expensive but there are more options at a fair price for the quality and service. I had the market fish with a green pea hummus and curry sauce. The Caesar salad was delightfully unique with plenty of freshly grated Parmesan and a hint of citrus zest. This place is still one of my favorites in town. AND they still have their happy hour, a great way to give them a try.“

The atmosphere was elegant and serene; stable noise level so I was able to hold a conversation without having to speak loudly. Overall the experience was a 10/10 so I will definitely return.“

“This is for the Spanish Fort, AL location I should preface this with I have NEVER had a good experience here, but for some unknown reason my son likes it so that is where he wanted to go for his birthday dinner tonight. My experience with this specific Logans started in 2020 when we accidentally left our son's birthday gifts (a $50 xbox gift card and a game)in the gift bag at the table. Realizing it about 3 mins down the road, we turned around. Husband stated we left it, and they said that we must not have bc it wasnt at the table Well. My husband saw the envelope and the empty gift bag in the trash...so, not sure how they told us that they didnt have it. But I digress. We have returned every year for whatever his special dinner was. Birthday, graduation, whatever. Its his place. Every year either something is cooked incorrectly. Or missing. It literally has been without fail. Every. Single. Year. Tonight was the last straw. I ordered the 6oz sirloin, med rare, garlic butter, ceasar salad. and mashed potatos. Husband got Cajun pasta and garlic bead Son got the long horn. Medium. Apples and Mac n cheese. First issue, no silverware. We were asked if we wanted rolls, we said yes. Then my son asked for silverware after she placed them down. Over 5 mins later. We got the silverware. My meal started with the salad. Sans croutons, add extra extra dressing. Not by my choice, but by whoever put it on the plate. I asked for the croutons that are supposed to come on the salad and she just goes "yeah" and brings them a few mins later. Whatever. Stuff happens. I mean. I dont think id forget to add croutons to a ceasar salad, but again. I digress. Our food comes out. My steak and mashed potatos are both cold. Like, not could be just a preference cold...but like, cold cold. To the touch. This is amazing considering it was the texture of a hockey puck and looked like it had been boiled. The underside had so much liquid coming off of it (im guessing oil) that it saturated the steak and invaded my mashed potatos. The steak was grey on the bottom with no sear. How? The garlic butter looked like it had coagulated at some point and was half melted and half grainy. Also, so much garlic it was overpowering. I can eat raw garlic so do with that what you will. My son's medium steak was also cold and over cooked. I told them I didnt want anything..I didnt even want it refired and to take it off. My son got his refired. At MEDIUM....over 20 mins later, and after my husband was done eating, he got his steak. My husband's meal was cold, but he won't say anything. I could tell by looking at it it was room temp at best. However. The real disgrace was the garlic bread. It was a stale roll with some butter (not even covering the whole roll) and some mozzarella cheese. You could make out the individual shreds of cheese. Like, visibly see where they were. Its like it kind of melted and they said ok...good job. Serve it. The waitress never offered to send a manager over. She just asked if I was sure I didnt want anything else and went along. She did apologize for the length of time that it took for my son's refire. I will never go back to this restaurant. Not just this location, the whole chain. Oh, did I mention it was NOT busy and we were in ther over 90 mins? This is not how you do business. Something needs to be looked at and reevaluated with how they train the employees and the employees they have“

“I had been wanting to visit this place for sometime, and I finally got around to doing it. The inside is absolutely gorgeous, and it was refreshing to not have to travel too far to get to an upscale restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff came around and so did the owner. This is the perfect place to go to celebrate a milestone event also. Security is in the parking lot so I felt safe. I mentioned safety because others questioned the area. I gave the food four stars because I ordered my steak medium well, but it appears to be A little too well. It was not a dealbreaker, however. For those of you who are wondering, No, I do not work for the company and I do not know anyone there. This is a genuine review😊“

“The restaurant is beautiful. I came for brunch and love the bottomless mimosas. I had the French toast and sausage and the French toast was delicious! I'm not a bread person, so this is a big deal for me. It was flaky crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The sausage was a bit undercooked for me. I prefer some char, but the meat seemed steamed. They don't have sides, so I couldn't get a side of bacon, but I appreciate/understand the simplicity of the menu offerings.

Shoutout to Allison at the bar!! She was kind and attentive to my needs. I felt like she looked out for me. My main server was sweet, but not the most experienced. I'm used to servers cleaning my table as they see mess, but my server didn't pay much attention. When I asked him to remove some of the crumbs, he grabbed my bread plate and proceeded on. Other servers would have taken the crumbs and restored the table to a state of neatness. Some may call this small, but I pay attention to detail, especially in a steakhouse. Allison required no instructions. She paid attention, frequently checked in with me, and asked me about myself. I was seated at the bar alone. Her attention made the difference. I'll come back for steak next time.“
