COPA Sips & Latin Tapas Reviews
Drinks were excellent, the music , ya just wanted to dance, atmosphere and Shannon, Victor and Sophia and the rest of the staff made our afternoon relaxing and fulfilling.
Thanks Copa
Waiter was super friendly and great with recommendations! We had the Patatas Bravas, Brisket Loaded Yuka, and the 3rd I can’t remember the name but it seemed like a fried cheese topped with jelly. All 3 dishes all though small (hint tapas) were surprisingly filling! Everything was delicious and beautiful plated. I can’t forget the drinks were also delicious my husband had the Pisco Sour and I had the Mango Caipirinha! Very much a hidden gem in vintage park.
Had a lovely dinner here! Everything was amazing!

COPA Sips & Latin Tapas is a great place to dine. The drinks are excellent, with options like the Pisco Sour, Mango Caipirinha, and Diablo negro margarita. The food is delicious, with dishes such as Patatas Bravas, Brisket Loaded Yuka, and Modelo mussels. The outdoor space is beautiful, especially at night under the lights near the fountain. The staff is super friendly, kind, and attentive, making sure everything is great. They are also very sweet, often checking in on guests and even visiting with children. The atmosphere is relaxing and fulfilling, with great music that makes you want to dance. COPA Sips & Latin Tapas is a hidden gem, a must for a nice vibe and relaxed atmosphere, with a great menu and beautiful plated dishes. The espresso cinnamon roll is a unique twist on dessert and very tasty. Overall, COPA Sips & Latin Tapas is a great place to have a special meal, whether it's for an anniversary or just a night out.
