“The only complaint that I have about this place is how hard it is to get into. They are always packed and there's always an issue with parking, but that's because of how damn good thier barbecue is. I know there's some very well-known and well established barbecue institutions in this great city of ours and please know that I am not trying to disparage them; that being said "The Pit Room" is simply better. no matter what I try from the brisket to the sausage or even the ribs. I can't think of anyone in town who has better in any of these categories. If you love barbecue and you're not in a hurry come and visit this soon to be Houston institution!!!“

“Such good bbq! The line is worth the wait. We first attempted eating here on a Friday night and they had closed early because they were already out of food - this was a sign that we NEEDED to try again, so we came Sunday for a late lunch. I recommend the glazed ribs and brisket.“

“My husband and I have driven by this restaurant a lot. I am so glad we took the chance to try it.I got a pulled pork sandwich, macaroni and cheese and a banana pudding. My husband got ribs and bbq rice. The food was incredible. Freshly made pickles were a bonus. We are on our way back today for some banana pudding. This placehas the best I have ever had.We usually dine out cheaply but we splurged here. Well definitely return when we can afford to dine out again.Parking: They opened a grassy area next to the parking lot for additional parking.“

“Wow!!! Excellent smoked brisket. Super generous portions. $14 feed my friend and I, no way I could finish the brisket grilled cheese by myself. Although the brisket needs no BBQ sauce, the sauce they make is fire. I pray they bottle their BBQ sauce one day. The owner was super cool and blessed us with stickers in addition to the fabulous food. My friend recommended them, and El Pobre Tex Mex BBQ did NOT disappoint. Highly recommend. I will be comparing all other smoked brisket to El Pobre. Counting the days until I can share a smoked brisket grilled cheese with a friend again.“

“This is the best BBQ in Houston, Texas. I had the ribs, baked beans, macncheese, and sweet tea. Everything was amazing. Hot and fresh. The line was very long but it moves fast. The workers were very kind and friendly. I'll be back for more!“

“I came in from California (LA area) for a visit. LA is not known for bbq, but since I was in Texas I thought I'd try some bbq. I gotta say, this place is delicious! I don't have much experience to compare to... but I absolutely loved this place. Service was great, employees were nice, food was better. I ordered the brisket melt. I would recommend!“

“The vibe was good, as well as service. But the food is ordinary, we ordered Karnivore platter. Based on the quality and taste of the food, this place is overpriced. Cocktails taste good but a little bit expensive. Overall, it was okay.Parking: $7 valet parking“

“One of the best Korean restaurants that I ever had???! All the foods are authentic. I felt like I was having Korean food in Korea. It feels like so home-made and delicious! The staffs are also very kind. Enjoyed it a lot. I will come back again!????“

“I went in for the first time this afternoon and ordered a chicken potato. Most BBQ places burn the potato and throw a bunch of toppings on to cover it up. This potato was soft and perfectly cooked. The chicken was diced and held the smoke. The toppings weren't overwhelming and complimented the potato and chicken. The staff was friendly and my associate and I had some good convo when they checked on us. Please support and check out Guillory's Bar B Que.“

“Teriyaki chicken and rice were great! 10/10. I'm not a fan of the macaroni style, didn'tfinish, 1/10. Hawaiian BBQ beef was 7/10, same rice mac. The homemade Thai tea was just as good as 85°C Bakery (which is the best), but it's two or three times as expensive. $5.50 per, like a chili's house margarita. Little pricey. The service was great. Solemn guy at counter was a champ, 10/10. Made me feel like I was really in Hawaii being assisted by a local who didn't enjoy tourists. Decor was cute cute, 10/10. Tiki hut table and food buckets for sale.Next time I walk in, I'd like a smiling tan Hawaiian girl in bikini, take my order. I'll know to sub the mac for anything edible. 2 orders of teriyaki. I'll use the food buckets for sale as drums, and I'll sneak in my own thai tea and save $11. Use that $ for a tip to the lady, leave my number, never get called. Then... 10/5. Epic restaurant.Summer is coming. Offer cute tank tops at cost + $5.50 with Hawaiian BBQ logo. Free thai tea drink if they post and tag on Instagram.“

“My wife and I wanted to try a new barbecue spot. This one was 10/10 amazing. Yes there's a line but it goes quickly. Well worth the wait. We had the 3 meat combo. The Mac and cheese was the best so was the tater tot casserole. The ribs were on point really everything here was on point including the tea. Worth the 40 minute drive for us.“

“Luloo’s Day & Night is the latest culinary sensation from the talented trio behind Blood Bros BBQ, and let me tell you, it lives up to the hype. After hearing my friends rave about it, I couldn't resist checking it out for myself, and I'm so glad I did.One bite of their Cheeseburger made with 44 Farms beef, and I was hooked. The flavor was out of this world, and you could tell that every ingredient was of the highest quality. My friend opted for the Fried chicken sandwich, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. Juicy, flavorful, and downright delicious. But the goodness didn't stop there. We indulged in the highly recommended Cinnamon roll bread pudding and an oatmeal cream pie for dessert, and both were absolute showstoppers. It's clear that everything on their menu is crafted with care and attention to detail, with the bakery located upstairs ensuring that every bite is fresh and flavorful.Speaking of the menu, it's truly impressive. From a vast selection of sandwiches and wraps to salads and a solid kid's menu, there's something for everyone at Luloo’s Day & Night. And did I mention that everything is made in-house daily? It doesn't get much better than that.In conclusion, if you haven't already, do yourself a favor and run, don't walk, to Luloo’s Day & Night. You won't regret it.“

“The food was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I got the all you can eat menu. We got the second tier. Let me just say it was worth every penny. The fact that you can roast marshmallows for smores is such a brilliant idea. We will definitely be back again soon. My only critique was that the server didn't notify us that we had 20 minutes left for the last call for food. Other than that, amazing experience.“

“Bowls were good. I got the Beef Sukiyaki and my aunt got the Garlic Shrimp Bowl. We also got three appetizers: the fried pork gyoza, cheese corn, and the garlic edamame. The only one that was good is the fried pork gyoza. I don’t recommend the other two.Our waitress was great though. Very nice and informative.“

“Discovered Roegels in Katy a month ago. Planning to meet a good friend soon at the Voss Rd location. I knew Russell Roegel years ago when I worked in the Galleria area. Loved his food when it was Bakers Ribs and he has done it again but much better with his own restaurant at that same inner city location. I love love it and you will too. Support this American Veteran and try his BBQ. You will go back for more.“

“It was my first time trying Korean BBQ, and it was awesome! It’s $30.95 per person for dinner and it all you can eat. Tables can’t be occupied for longer than 2 hours. “Victor was very attentive. Not only was it my first visit but I was alone and he made both experiences enjoyable. There was another male waiter who was extremely helpful as well but I didn’t catch his name. 4 stars because I personally would have liked more veggie options but their buffet is loaded and everything was tasty!“

“My wife and I hired Southern Q to cater the rehearsal party for our son's wedding at our home this month. We entertained 30-40 guests outside under the carport. From the time that my wife first spoke to them, to the day of the event, we could not have been happier! They met our every need! Not only was the food outstanding, but so was the service! Pleasant people who went above and beyond to make sure that everyone had more than enough to eat. The BB-Q brisket, chicken and sausage was some of the best that I have ever had here in Houston. All of the side dishes were terrific as well. Darn good deserts also! Everyone at the party could not stop commenting on how good the food was. We would recommend Southern-Q to everyone!“

“Small store, always crowded, it is good for both dine in and takeaway. Roasted pork belly is just right, not too dry, not too salty. I dont try roasted duck here but heard many good things about them. The large box comes with fried rice / white rice and 2 meats, its is good portion for one, maybe you can split into 2 portions for lunch and dinner. If you dine in, they have puerh tea to help you digest with all fatty from duck and pork. Free. Parking is always filled up on the ground, be ready to park upstairs at no cost.“

“It was my first time visiting this restaurant. I enjoyed the food. Even the next day, the food was just as delicious. I recommend the chicken fried steak. That’s why hubby ordered. I ordered the 3 meat plate, sausage, brisket , and chicken baked potato and a salad. The meat portion is enough. It’s not too much or too little. The brisket was tender, the chicken moist. We also tried their onion rings. Very delicious!“
“Oh man I had a great time! I'm not a going out kind of person, so we took a chance and tried it out on karaoke night! Lol it was so much fun and the food was delicious! I was happy we came! Y'all should definitely come out and don't forget to eat while you're here and Lyft yourself home!“

“Almost but not quite there. Ordered the chicken tenders -- the chicken was juicy and plentiful BUT the batter was soggy / falling off in some parts. Also tried the chicken nuggets which had the opposite problem. Nice crispy batter but not enough chicken inside. The sweet potato waffle fries were delicious but could have used a bit more crisp. The dragon fries (seasoned) had a nice texture but just a little too much salt (and I like salt). One thing that I absolutely loved about this place is that they offer a kale salad as a side! I'm the type of person who likes getting a healthy/nutritious side when they pig out on fried food to feel less guilty. The kale salad was also really tasty. Ultimately, pretty good but I think the food could benefit from a few adjustments.“
