Craving some smoky goodness? Pinkerton's delivers on the brisket, offering decent cuts that tantalize the taste buds. However, the sausage fell flat, lacking that burst of savory spice we all crave. While the mac and cheese provided some cheesy comfort, the overall experience left us wanting a bit more flavor punch. It's a solid 6 out of 10, good for a casual BBQ fix but not quite the pitmaster's paradise we were hoping for.

Great creamed spinach, I love the bbq , but could really just eat all the sides, and dessert! Been here multiple times, delicious! Sometimes a line, but good cold beer and ice tea.

Customers note that there is a line outside the door that can go around the corner, but the waiting time was worth it. Be prepared to wait, as the line can grow long, especially when it opens at 11:00am.
