“I am speechless. The food was INCREDIBLE. I was floored at how delicious and tasty everything was.The Caesar salad was delicious-the dressing had a spice to it but balanced well with the slight sweetness from the croutons.I would eat this salad everyday.The chicken Vincent was also delicious. The flavors from the Balsamic and the sun-dried tomatoes--wow.The seafood lasagna is a MUST. That sauce is what dreams are made of. It was phenomenal!For dessert we had the puddin 4 layer and it was divine. So rich and creamy. We also ordered coffee which was legit... not some watered down coffee. Quality 10/10.The chef himself came out to introduce himself and check on our food. He also gave his recommendations based on what we liked.The ambience could be better--it's a small place and everyone's close to each other.However, the food is definitely the best Italian in Houston--the other instagrammable places don't even come close. I am so glad this place isn't all over social media yet. It's definitely a hidden gem and the quality is far superior to any other Italian restaurant in Houston. I cannot wait to come back!!“

“We love this place! We had the whole chicken +3 sides and 6 sauces which was a definite bargain. It definitely could feed 4 to 6, depending on your appetites. Excellent, well-seasoned, juicy, Peruvian style chicken - it comes with a bunch of excellent sauce options on the side. We tried the yellow, green, red, and olive. And I think the pink was accidentally tossed in with our order too. Green was the medium and was our favorite- not very spicy at all- tasted super fresh. Red had more heat and was super yummy. Pink was semi-sweet- honey maybe?. Olive sauce was creamy with a very strong Kalamata olive flavor. Yellow- not sure what makes it yellow- almost tasted like a ranch style dressing- mild and tasty. favorites were definitely green and red. For sides, we tried the fried rice and black beans as well as the Greek salad. Fried rice was good, lots of chunks of chicken in it. Black beans were creamy and tasty. We really loved the Greek salad, while not a traditional Greek salad at all, it hit all the right notes- and the feta and abundance of kalamatas were outstanding. We really wanted to try the coleslaw but they were out today. We also tried the little fried cheese appetizer thing too, it comes with cilantro aïoli and the pastry around the cheese was super yummy. We ordered online via their website. When we arrived, the delicious chicken smell hits you immediately- from the parking lot! While we took our food to-go, the dining room is clean and spacious, and full of what appeared to be happy customers enjoying their food. Service was friendly and efficient. I can see this place becoming a regular stop for us.“

“Stopped in here to get away from our normal ice cream spot, and what a score! The ladies were very accommodating because we had no clue what we wanted and were being silly, but they were very patient. The lavender ice cream was delicious, and the banana pudding ice cream was FANTABULOUS!! It's a bit pricier than our regular spot, but we'll worth it for the great ice cream. “We used Churrasco’s Catering for our wedding this last weekend and were absolutely blown away !!! Our tasting a few months ago was delicious and had amazing presentation and still even better when the day came. Everyone LOVED the plated salad, the passed appetizers, and buffet options. The staff was so kind and hard working from beginning to end. It was an absolute pleasure working with Erin, the Event Manager, throughout the process as well. “I didn't really know what to expect but my coworkers have been raving about Postino, so I thought to give it a try Bruschetta boards you can choose 4, Burrata bacon arugula and tomato and the Mushroom & mascarpone was my favorite out of the 4 we shared The Bounty was a nice spread with carrots, cauliflower, broccolini, sweet pickled peppers, spicy almonds l, radish, cucumbers, hummus and dressing, my table mates loved this Sweet potato wedges were on point We also shared a meatball Shakshouka And a shrimp scampi tasty also not sure if I would get them again or try something new on the menu. Waiter was nice and gave us plenty of time to decide what we wanted. Nice brunch spot, had outside seating, with the weather we could have sat outside but ended up sitting inside. It was a good experience and good time with friends, don't know if I would come regularly but may be back occasionally with friends.“

“One of our fav places in Houston. Central to Montrose, the service, flavors, and atmosphere are always excellent. We love the flash fried cauliflower and various bruschetta. They have tons of vegetarian options, good drinks including a few non-alcoholic options for adults. The patio has always been comfortable, even when it's Houston-hot - I'm not sure if I've ever eaten inside in 12+ visits.“

“Sat on the patio on a Thursday evening. Service was good, although sometimes slow. We ordered a bottle of wine and food. The food all came out before the wine which was not ideal. The servers allowed us to sample a few wines before settling on a bottle which was nice. Charcuterie board was nothing special. I don’t think they go out of their way to find the highest quality meats. For dinner I had a half panini and half salad. Both were seasonal specials and were really good. The meatballs were decent. Monday and Tuesday board and bottle night for $25 is the best deal. Other than that it’s a happening patio but the food isn’t anything worth coming for.“

The price point is a little high (6 for $21) but no different than a macaron and you're getting top tier artistry here I tried- the goat cheese, the almond toffee crunch, the pecan pie, salted caramel, cookies and cream, and hazelnut & pop rocks. Even if you don't try anything else from here. The hazelnut and pop rocks is worth the try. It's like nothing i have ever had before. Amazing. Really brilliant. Their bakery is in house. I couldn't even choose a favorite they were all so good. I'll definitely be back. Just go look at the photos!“

“We have ordered food every week for the past almost year. Everything we have ordered has been exceptional! We have used the catering for a 4th of July party that also had meat barbecue. There were 4 guests who were vegan, all the rest were meat eaters We had nothing left of Jana’s vegan food - the meat eaters also ate the vegan food. I am so glad they liked it but we had so much meat left over I told my husband that we need to remember that for the future- we will always ask Jana to cater our parties ( in addition to ordering weekly-we are dependent on that) but maybe leave the meat off since they wanted her food as opposed to the meat. I am so grateful she caters for holidays because it makes it very easy. Thank you Jana for being here! I don’t know what we would do without you!“

“Daylan the manager was soooo kind!!!! He literally made me and my friends feel so welcome. I came in on Wednesday and the flowhe and the two other employees had with one another was soo inspiring. The line was out the door and they literally got us in and out in no time while still taking the time to allow us to explore the different flavors. We ate at the restaurant and ordered: Spana omelet (listed under brunch but we had it for dinner) with greens, meat mezze, gigantes, moussaka, lamb wrap with lemon potatoes, spanakopita, mint lemonade and white wine that I can't find on online menus. Plates are great for sharing. The menu there is more extensive than menu I've seen online. We got to try a sample of oysters and they are simply life-changing. It is charred to perfection and they were so flavorful. The chargrilled oysters have to be one of the best meals I’ve ever had. My parents ordered the beef tenderloin and my brother ordered the alfredo pasta and I had the chance to try both. Needless to say, they were absolutely delicious. I’ve been to one place that did a good job, but didn’t last long in the area they were in, and I found a gem of a spot in a food truck, but the owner sadly passed. I say that to say, in ten years in Houston, I have NEVER EXPERIENCED A GREAT AUTHENTIC HAITIAN ?? food spot. Until today!! Sonia’s Kreyol Kitchen is the epitome of Haitian cuisine. Staples like Diri a Djon Djon, Griot, piklis, pwason, and sauce poulet! Just to name a few!! And they were knocked out of the park…. No, knocked out of the country! The flavor profiles, the authencity, brought me back to a time where my grandma would make me my favorite Haitian dishes, in Haiti! Reminds me of my aunt’s and mom making Haitian feasts, when we lived in Jersey and Florida! I can confidently state, this is the most authentic Haitian experience in Houston… I’ll even go further, you won’t find better Haitian food in Texas and the surrounding states!! Sonia has now monopolized Haitian Cuisine in central US! She is now Tati Sonia, those who know, know! This is a must try! “Absolutely amazing first experience here! I wasn’t sure what to expect when I pulled up to the back door in a business park, but what I found inside did not disappoint. Their operation inside is impressive, with all of their roasting equipment and beans on full display. They had a wonderful selection of coffee, including a Swiss water decaf, which I’ve had trouble finding. When I purchased, I watched her package the beans, roasted earlier that day, in front of my eyes and add the appropriate stamps/labels to each bag. As far as the beans themselves, they are quite literally the best smelling beans I’ve ever encountered. Opening the bag at home gave the entire room the wonderful aroma of fresh coffee - heavenly! Plus, the beans are incredibly uniform with no over or under roasted beans included (a problem I’ve had with other local roasters). As you can see in the video, the beans made for a great espresso shot pull with an impressive crema and delicious, almost sweet and chocolatey flavor. Needless to say, this will be my new spot for fresh beans. Please go check them out and see for yourselves!“

“I just found this hidden gem and love it! Yummy made from scratch food in a fast casual environment. Plenty of seating and you can choose the patio option as well. I got the almost thanksgiving sandwich with a side of roasted cauliflower. The sandwich had me at Brie. That day they had samples of the cookie jar and let me tell you, the Milky Way cookie was no joke. Sweet yet salty with hints of caramel swirls.“
