“we just moved here from north jersey and we were craving a taste of home. We figured we wouldn’t be able get a real new york style $1 slice but just wanted something to hit the spot. i’m so glad we found mony’s! the pizza was amazing, perfect cheese to sauce ratio and a delicious thin crust. we ordered pick up but the inside of the restaurant is so cute we plan on eating in next time. staff was so nice, and this was an all around great experience. we will definitely be coming back!!!“

“First time customer but not the last visit! Ordered two nice drinks the Hugo and a beer, $6 since it was HH. Ordered the OG and Diavolo pizzas both were good, although I liked hubby's better (the OG). The Diavolo was spicy good! Tiramisu was nice ending to the meal. Parking in back, service awesome! Can't wait to try it again.“

“Tiny Champions should be in everyone's rotation of go to restaurants. Not too fancy and stuffy while still being inventive and putting out food that is nuanced. We always pick two familiar dishes and get two new ones whenever we go out there. This time it was the Greens Pizza (the fanciest Cici's spinach pizza) and the braised butter beans for the familiar dishes. One note is reading braised butter beans on a menu may not sound the most appealing but it is consistently the most flavorful dish you will have there. The beans are really savory/creamy and there are crunchy croutons for a textural contrast. They also get some acid in there for a really good balanced bite. The new dishes this go around were the fried quail and the baked feta. The fried quail tasted like some of the best Korean fried chicken you could have. My only issue with that dish is that I need way more of it, like a whole bucket of it with a gallon of their fancy ranch. The baked feta was good, but not something I'd order again. Just not as flavorful as everything else.“

“I had an amazing experience at Zanti! It was my first time dining here with my family, and we were impressed by the delicious food and excellent service. Our waiter, Oliver, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. The food was authentic and flavorful, and the ambiance was lovely. I highly recommend Zanti Cucina Italiana for anyone looking for a delightful Italian dining experience!“

“My favorite pizza spot in Houston. Their pizzas are wood fired which absolutely makes the pizza taste a hundred times better than regular pizza. Their decor is unique and creative and the food is incredible. I believe this is a family business, the staff is very nice and attentive and don’t forget to try their Nutella pizza for dessert it is a must if you go to this amazing place!“

“5 stars for me. This was a GREAT recommendation from our friends. All their dough is made with sourdough, I believe in house. Excellent! Had the Spicy cucumber, the baguette, which has an amazing whipped ricotta on it, perfect! And the Mushroom pizza!! Loved Loved loved every bit of it. Highly recommend. A very adorable unique place. Inside and out. Awesome service, I’m only sad I can’t remember our waitresses name. Maybe Ang.? So bad. :-(. But she was absolutely adorable. Accent and all. Anyway, Elro, is a must. Great job guys!“

“The decor hasn't changed much at all since this was Black's Market a few years ago, which is to say it's very well kept and comfortable if a bit noisy. Staff was friendly and easy to talk to. I shared a pepperoni pizza with a friend, so nothing fancy. Lots of good choices available on the menu though. Pizza was solid. I think it's hard to make a bad pizza... but I had an enjoyable experience and would gladly visit again.“

“Boyfriend and i decided to finally try. Even though it was slow we was still positively greeted by the manger and lady behinds the counter. We got the bone in and bone out combo with waffle fries. The sauces we tried was chipotle bbq and mild lemon pepper. Tried the food while driving and almost burnt my tongue in a good way lol. Fresh af and the flavors was delicious. We will be back to try other items and flavors.“

“I get the hype. Portobello salad? So delicious! I think what really stands out for Gypsy Poet is their fresh ingredients and aesthetic placement of the food. Might be more to it since I’m only basing it off of first impression, but I’ll definitely be coming back. Yes, coming back specifically for that portobello salad!“

“We came on a Saturday evening and they were quick to seat us. We started with Caesar salads. I have to say those are some of the best croutons I’ve ever had. Idk if they are made fresh, but they sure taste that way. We love pizza so we had to try more than one. We had the Honolulu and Meat lovers. The Honolulu is delicious! The ham had a great taste I just wish the pineapple was cut in smaller pieces and not slices. The meat lovers was okay maybe because of all the meat (sausage, spicy salami and bacon) it was a bit too salty. We had the tiramisu for dessert it was delicious and creamy I loved it. Our waitress was nice and friendly but she definitely seemed overwhelmed with the amount of tables she was waiting on.“

“I've been wanting to come here for a while. So glad I finally decided to stop by. First, service is great. All the staff was very attentive and our food came out quickly and hot. We had the wings, spicy goat pizza, pork belly, fish and chips, and burger. Everything was delicious and the portions are very generous. The fish and chips are made with flounder and the batter was nice and crispy, not greasy at all. The wings were top notch. Very juicy and very well seasoned. These are sold be the pound and the pound is about 6 wings. The burger was very juicy and the fries were nice and crispy. The star of the show was the pizza. Goat cheese and the habanero glaze go together so well. The dough is top notch. Sourdough that is left to set for 72 hours. Dry and crunchy! The pork belly is very well done as well. Not too rich, nice and balanced. For dessert we had the bread pudding with ice cream. Very good as well. Lots of creative drinks as well. We were all left thoroughly impressed and can't wait to come back. Also, parking is available right across the street.Parking: Across the street“

“Good size for a $4.25 slice of pizza! We got chicken bacon ranch and pesto chicken, it was great! We had to wait twenty or so minutes for it but it came out hot and fresh. Unfortunately, got a citation since they only have street parking so be careful and pay attention to the signs. Besides that, will be returning!“

“In love with this spot! In town with friends and came here and just died. So well designed and decorated. The pizza and drinks were fantastic, with lots of variety within the menu for different preferences. The service was a bit slow and a few order mistakes were made, but they were slammed so it was totally understandable. Would definitely recommend!“

“This place can legitimately call their pizza NYC style. I went on a Tuesday and they had cheese slices for $1.25 which is awesome. They weren’t tiny slices either. The wings were a little small but they had great flavor. I would definitely visit this establishment again. Their pizza was great.“

“Came in for a Togo order. I have been wanting to try this spot and I’m so glad I did! I got a medium Hawaiian and 6 Buffalo wings. The pizza is perfect! Not greasy or too salty. The dough is cooked perfectly. I like that the crust isn’t too big. The Buffalo wings are really good too. It’s the basic Buffalo sauce that I like. They’re not trying to do anything crazy, which I appreciate. They also put extra sauce on the bottom. I could be wrong, but the ranch tasted home made and was really good. Waited about 15 min for my food.Over all this hit the spot and I’ll be back to try more things.“

“Went to North Italia a couple of weeks ago to celebrate our son's 34th birthday. The place was very classy yet casual. There was indoor and outdoor seating as well. There were 6 of us plus a baby. We were able to be seated but I would recommend making reservations just to make sure you are able to get a table. Everyone started out with craft cocktails. We all had different ones, but everyone loved the ones we got. The table got Cacio e Pepe Arancini which is fancy for a crispy risotto that was to die for. It was the whole table's favorite. We also got the Calamari Fritti. It was also very good, but it had a very light batter which to me was like something that would go on a fish and chip or a beer batter. I didn't care for it, but I don't like that kind of batter. The white truffle garlic bread comes with a house made ricotta spread and ohhhh myyy definitely could have just eaten that for lunch. ha ha I got the Ricotta Cavatelli which came with jumbo lump crab, shrimp, pepperoncino in a mint, lemon and olive oil sauce that just made the dish even better. My wife isn't into trying different things. She is very meat and potato, so she ordered the chicken parmesan. It came out and for a split second I was jealous. The chicken covered over half the plate. For something that was very typical for Italian food, it was absolutely delish. They brought out our son a red velvet butter cake with gelato. It was good, but not something that I would order. The food was so good, so maybe I was just too full to enjoy it. I wish I could say I took pictures, but I did not. We had a lot going on this time. If you are looking for a cheap meal, this is not your place. It was very pricy for a lunch, but definitely worth it. Parking was down the street in a garage that was free. After that meal we needed the walk back.“

“The food is always good here. I had their snapper with a delicious garlic sauce. Beryl was nice and accomodated for a kosher needs. My only issue was the lack of fans and/or incence to push any fruit flies out the door with strong winds and strong natural antifly aromas like lavender or eukalyptus. The artsy bartender Beryl liked the “My Fair Lady” movie, so maybe she can improve her bar and her band name from “Psychodelic Maggot Engine” to “Psychodelic Fan Engines” to blast any flies away while reciting “The Rains in Spain” from the bar. Most restaurants suffer from fans blasting any outside insects, which is normal in a tropical jungle like Houston. Once they get those fans fixed and I can enjoy the food that I ordered without any disturbance, then I can honestly give the place a 5-Star. Some places have terrible food, so fans nor extra hygenic practices cannot save it. This place can be “My Fair Lady” improved to 5-Star with some extra hygenic steps to complement the high quality food and friendly staff. Real friends always listen and provide good feedback.“

“This is my all time favorite pizza place. Look, they’re not a pizza PLACE, they’re a pizza HOME. We always get the elote pizza, there’s nothing else like it. But today they were giving out free pizzas, WHOLE pizzas. My boyfriend told me about it, not realizing the pizzas they’re giving out are pepperoni. So I get there and when they tell us all the pizzas are pepperoni and see my face fall, they ask what’s wrong and I admit that I don’t eat meat. And right away they said they could easily make a cheese pizza AND gave us a coupon for ANOTHER free pizza to use later. So we went home with a free pepperoni, a free cheese, and the free one we’re gonna get later makes 3 FREE PIZZAS. I tried to tip them and they wouldn’t take it. I don’t know what else you need to hear. Always top quality, always kind, great selection of classics and original creations. Go get yourself a pizza from them.Vegetarian options: The elote pizza is the BEST.Dietary restrictions: Their pepperoni is all beef, good for people like my boyfriend who don’t eat pork. Delicious vegetarian options too.“

“Crust Pizza is a wonderful combination of a dine-in / take-out pizza joint and a trendy sports pub with an outstanding selection of beers on tap.My first experience with Crust was to stop by and order two of their combo pizzas for take-out. Expecting my order to take at least 15 minutes, I wondered over to the pub side of the joint to enjoy a refreshing cold brew. I was only about half way through my beverage, comfortably relaxed at the bar, and enjoying the sports offering on the three large overhead screens, when my pizzas arrived. It couldn't have been much more than 10 minutes after I ordered them.I see that they have a half-price spe which I will definitely take advantage of. But the food, the beer selection, the service, and the atmosphere mer many repeat visits on the other days of the week as well.“

“I have been to Pizzeria Solario several times and the food is great. I like the pepperoni pizza but other dishes are also good. They have specials several night a week that are great buys. On Tuesday there are several pizzas that are only $12! They are facing on Wesleyan in the shopping center with Costco Galleria just north of Richmond.I received a reply from the restaurant recommending their soffritto soup. I haven’t tried it but will soon as the friend who took me to Pizzeria Solario the first time LOVES that soup and gets it every time. It comes in a massive bowl and he enjoys some as an appetizer and takes the rest home to enjoy another day. It looks wonderful so I will try it soon. Their website shows the specials they have every day. The recent visit when we enjoyed the pizza special and my friend enjoyed his amazing soup, he went back the next night for a pasta special.“

“Great food, great service, wines are reasonably priced. There is a $12 corkage fee if you bring your own. “This is, by far, in my humble opinion , the very best pizza restaurant in the entire Greater Houston Area; I have dined here w/ my family , since 1975; I came her when I was a very young child! It was always a great place to have the pizza oil toss you the dough!! And, their buttered pasta is to die for!! I miss this place , b/ c we had to leave Houston, TX for medical reasons, but can only TEMU is the , “Good old days”! MyDear father has passed away, but I was fortunate enough to bring my dear sweet husband there, so he knows my high standard of what I mean whenever I say , “Let’s get some good pizza !” I can’t recommend this place enough; if I could move it to where we are ( Morgan Hill, CA) ; I would!!“

“Loved this place our visit to Houston! I’m surprised more people haven’t visited this! The flavors were on point. We enjoyed the cilantro egg chicken roll, lamb roll and the paneer rolls. The taste was perfect and even the single rolls were filling. The mango lassi is one of the best I’ve ever tasted with the perfect consistency.Keep up the great quality, folks!Parking tip (We struggled with this): You can park at the Lyric garage and get your parking validated if you leave within 2 hours. You will need to make sure you get a receipt from the restaurant with a QR code that you will need to scan at the parking meter. (Perhaps this is only required for weekends as we went on a weekend, not sure about weekdays).“

“We tried this place out this weekend. For the prices and by the name (Chi) as in Chicago , we thought it would be large deep dish pizzas. We were sadly mistaken . They are thin and while delicious, this place was very pricey. We went in as a family of 5 for lunch and ended up spending $100!!! There was a surprise “service charge” of $11 when we got our receipt. When I asked the waitress about it , she said it was a sit in fee that partly went to the cooks and only about $5 towards her. I added another $3 only because I felt bad for her but we should not be having to pay for their employees to live . As much as I love to support local, we won’t be going back. I like to too according to service and not because I fill bad for the waitress. Good food just not for us.“

“Great food at a nice local restaurant. We've had pretty much everything on the menu and its all good. The only problem we've ever had is the temperature. I'm guessing the windows make it hard to keep the temperature even. Sometimes its warm, other times its freezing. As far as the food goes, you can't go wrong, all of it is great.Parking: Small lot, so when everything in the center is open it can be a little tight.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for kids.“
