“The chain is good, but this particular location really disappointed me. There are underage teenagers working they are working, not in good work habits the pizza dough. Everything was undercooked not disappointed at all even though I love your cheese bread“

“We ordered Pizza from the location 9540 S. Main St. Houston Texas. I am use to the Marcos in Gulf Shores AL and this location did not disappoint. If you are hungry this is the place to order from!!! Staying in town for eye surgery, wasn't sure what we we're going to eat for dinner, and I am so glad we chose our go to in Marcos Pizza, just as good as Gulf Shores AL.“

“I placed an online order directly from the website, the order was transferred to door dash because the restaurant was busy. My experience with door dash was horrible. However I contacted the restaurant and spoke with Vince about not receiving my order, he stated that he would make it fresh and personally deliver it, and he did!!!When I received the order everything was hot and fresh!! I will definitely be ordering for this location again“

“First time trying it and I really liked the pizzas and the chocolate cinnamon dessert. Not as much sauce as most places it seems but lots of cheese and toppings and flavor was good. A little pricey but when trying to please everyone and ordering some with multiple toppings instead of the single toppings what isn't but probably on par with other chains. Only issue was I only received 1 out of 3 sauces I had ordered because I assumed my fault that they put them all in the pizza boxes like they said and only 1 was.

Overall I'll give them another go and they may become one of, if not, my go to place for pizza. Still need to try their subs, calzones and other offerings in the future and see how those are.“

“Very nice staff. My family loves Marcos and love even more having a location close by. The staff is always kind. Not sure the young ladies name that very clearly knows her stuff, but she was so kind and patient despite being needed everywhere all at once.“

“First visit to Marcos ever. I had a taste for a Caesar Salad. Power of Google sent me to a pizza shop near me which was Marcos. I really enjoyed the salad. The salad was.syill chilled. “This location is within walking distance from our neighborhood, and while we usually order delivery, I decided to pick up our order today. Upon entering, I was immediately hit by a strong body odor that lingered throughout the space. It left a negative impression regarding the personal hygiene of the staff preparing the food.

“L i l a took my order today. She was replacing a pizza from 2 days ago. She was really sweet over the phone. When I got there there was a disgruntled gentlemen that I've never met and he tried to charge me$23.00 in change for the pizza. We didn't want to make good on what they did wrong. He actually took a picture of the pizza before I left. Frankly I think you did it on purpose. when I got home and it was loaded with pepperoni and it had a good amount of hamburger meat and a lot of cheese but lo and behold it looked like a 5-year-old put the marinara sauce on. Absolutely practically none. The entire Pizza probably had a quarter cup. Absolutely ridiculous I think he did it on purpose. So I'm going to take a fillet knife now that the pizza is cold I'm going to take the top of the cheese and the toppings off and that way the owner can see that there was no tomato sauce marinara whatever you want to call it same thing. This is a great store but they're suffering because they can't keep good help and any good businessman would see that from a mile away. One day the pizza is great it has the next day hardly any toppings and then you have a day where there's no marinara sauce like today which is now intentional which is not even worth dignifying but that's exactly what I told them when I left. Unacceptable. If they have their ducks in a row they have the best pizza. Check your pizza before you leave take a bite out of it or you won't know till you get home . I put in a request to speak to the owner personally I hope he actually calls me. I still rate them as the best in Stafford Sugarland in Houston let's see if they handle this accordingly. This is about principal. This time I took it upon myself as well as there's the entire pizza for the owner to see toppings not too bad they followed through. On the other hand look closely at the pizza it's a joke I believe there's three tablespoons of marinara sauce in the entire damn pizza what a joke. What kind of pizza has no marinara sauce. Unacceptable Pizza. And that's what I mean there's little scraps of hamburger meat don't everywhere like rat droppings which is okay there was a lot of pepperoni but when you take a bite and there's no marinara sauce whatsoever it's like everything was cooked on cardboard and that's their improvement at least one of the. Previously stated sometimes there's plenty of marinara sauce but there's hardly any cheese whatsoever in two or three pieces of pepperoni here and there bottom line improve your bad help and I believe you'll be just fine your pizza is awesome sorry I had to put this review but I intend on eating more of your pizza I just want it simply done right.“

“Found out about this spot a few weeks ago and now I only order pizza from here…. Delivery is estimated always keep that in mind. When the driver did arrive a little later than expected he was apologetic but I wasn’t really worried about it because I have a way to heat my food up if it’s cold (never has been) and I order ahead of time. As customers we need to keep in mind that these small businesses are trying their best and we aren’t there only customer.
There’s a comment below that I read and I think their review is a tad bit unfair but hey it is what it is and I hope this pizza place continues to thrive.“

“I order thru their App so I can utilize their coupons, & get the most bang for my buck. Their App is easy to use, but it freezes up a lot/glitches, & I also wish there was an area where we could type out modifications/place notes for the staff. After placing my order, the timing is always on point/very fast! They hop on it immediately, & my quote time is always accurate. I never have to wait. The staff here is incredibly nice as well especially Isabella! She’s typically working the whole place by herself when I’m coming in for pick up, & she’s always so sweet despite her being very busy. She will drop whatever she’s doing to greet you, & makes sure we have everything before we leave. Incredible custom service which is rare these days. Lots of pros / cons just like any other place so it just depends on what you’re ok with.“

“Got delivery through Door Dash. Marco’s is hands down my favorite pizza now. My husband & I tried another location in College Station and were really happy we did. When we decided on pizza for lunch, we were excited to see if the one near home would be as good. Well it was & is! I had the pepperoni magnifico, he had the all meat. Added cheesy bread and the brownie. All are the best we ever had! So yummy & quick too. We’ll be back for sure“

“I've been to their physical location to get a soda once in awhile when I'm walking home from work I decided to get a pizza oh my f****** god it actually doesn't feel greasy it feels like there's texture and the flavor between each and individual ingredient and as a cook I can honestly say you guys just feta cheese amazing“
