“First time going to papa John, all I can say it’s best costumer service I have ever received, everybody was so nice and greeted me coming in,I order a stuffed crust pizza,really nice crust and really cheesy,I loved it,I’m definitely coming back for another one.“

“First time I've eaten pizza from this location, and it's been years since the last time I've eaten some Papa John's. I'm very impressed with how fast this pizza was made. I ordered my favorite topping combo, which is Philly Steak with Pineapple for carryout through the online website. It's freaking insane that they had it 5mins ready right after I placed the order. I don't know how they do it, but that to me is top tier service. Kind people who attended me today on picking up my order too. I'm fully satisfied and thankful. This was unexpected to me indeed.🙏🏻“

“I'm giving 5 stars because everybody was so friendly, clean, organized. I came to try out the new NY pizza but this is not NY pizza Papa John's! This is way too greasy and soggy. Bread is not thin or crunchy how it should be. I suggest to learn how to make NY pizza and show employees how to do it because now I kno I'm never getting NY pizza from papa John ever again!“

I do however find it very distasteful about the people sitting on the corner drinking all day along with a homeless guy bringing nothing but trash over by here. Not sure what you need to do but you need to do something to get them people off The corner and offer them by your dumpster where that guy is bringing all of the trash.“

“This Papa John's pizza took me 2 hours to get, but it was worth ever minute. Papa John's was having a promotion for a fallen officer, and the amount of orders was extremely overwhelming. The manager and his teammates handled this crazy situation with amazing effort an dedication to there job. Orders were literary coming in by the second. Phone orders, online orders, and walk ins we over loading their system. Not once did one employee break focus. Delivery drivers were flying in and out the doors. Dough, cheese, and pizza sauces were flying around, like a pizza war zone. With all the chaos ever employee knew exactly what was going on, and what needed to be done. The line was out the door, customers were angry, phones were ringing, but not one person on this staff lost their composure. Not only was this 2 hour pizza made for a good cause, but it was made by an amazing team of Papa John's employees. John schnatter I'm not sure what you pay these people at the Papa John's on Jones road but they need a bonus or a raise or something to compensate for there hard work and effort.“

“Ordered a pizza from this location tonight (07/02/2025), and put in a $0 tip through the site because I had cash. Well, the driver showed up, looking pissed off. Didn’t say a word, just handed me my pizza and walked off before I could even hand him the tip. Not a hi, hello, nothing. I was not willing to chase him down just to hand him some cash though, so he never got a tip. The pizza was good though.“

“Omg!! I went to order my food and I talked to a girl with a short hair cut with glasses( black girl)! She gave me my food I waited 20 min! I got home the pizzas looked like they were made with care! I was so happy. Taste was so freaking good! Then she put garlic butter and paramedan cheese in the box! When I say good Lort!!! So FREAKING good! My son just told me her name was Erika! Thank you Erika!!! I’ll be back Saturday!“

“I had a late night order and a couple of toppings were missing from my pizza (mistakes happen). When I called, the manager was very nice and offered to refund my order immediately. “I give a 4 star only because Jordan and John, if it wasn’t for them it’ll be a 1 star, I ordered a pizza to be delivered through the app and there was a major inconvenience for me and a technical issue on their end, long story short these two guys heard me out when I had to actually come in to get my pizza and were very accommodating, great job guys on your customer service. Papa Johns needs to get more innovative and stop being so outdated so that the customers can be convenienced and the employees can do their job more efficiently. I gave grace because sometimes it’s not the workers it’s the company.“

“Maybe i got lucky but i had a great experience. I ordered a Medium Pepperoni pizza w extra pep and a 6pc buffalo wing. I called to make sure my address was correct and the girl was helpful.
It's not the prettiest pizza but i orderded late. the pizza came hot, with extra pep, and the driver was very friendly. The wings are actually good sized with meat, not fat.
Im definitely not disappointed and im enjoying my meal.“

“I placed an order for a large event and unfortunately the oven went out at their location. They delivered the order as quickly as possible, but it was unfortunately significantly later than expected. The staff here, specifically the GM Brandon, were quick to rectify the issue and helped redo the order. They were professional and timely and did a great job!“

“This was a very great experience. I’m new to the area and there are 2 locations in my vicinity. The other has very poor ratings so I decided to go with this location for “pick-up”. The customer service was superb. They all greeted me upon entry. The lobby and behind the counter was very clean. The pizza was fresh, hot, and made exactly as I ordered it! I always get half veggie and half pep. The papadias were so delicious and fresh! This will now be my go-to location! I appreciate the very positive experience!“

“It started off with the $8.99 carry out price. I added 16 bone in wings with a two liter and the total came out to $39.40. The food was great, but I still don’t how the price jumped that high for wings. I’m staring at the receipt as you’re reading this.“
