This review is for the man working the store alone tonight 6/23/2026. Dude was slinging pizzas not stop. They need a couple more people in there or triple this man’s hourly rate. If you need three people to run the store and only one body is in there that means they are worth three times the money! Get it together.

Ordered a well-done pizza, got a half-baked pizza. So I've effectively paid $25 for the experience of baking my own pizza at home.
I love pre-paying for service and a tip and then not getting what I ordered. Service like that is precisely why I rarely have food delivered to the house. This time, I took a chance on Papa Johns and they blew it. I won't be ordering from Papa Johns again.

Papa Johns Pizza is a convenient and quick pizza store with outstanding service. The pepperoni pizza is perfect when asked to be well done and is only $11. The dough is incomparable to other popular pizza chains. The small stand-alone building may not be fancy, but the staff make the experience amazing. An older gentleman who looks like he is working alone at 10:20 pm on 6/13/25 is praised for his wonderful customer service and warm, welcoming smile, which made a customer want to make this their main store. The pizza is consistently great, though some customers wish for delivery options during peak hours. The hot lemon pepper boneless wings are also enjoyed, though a customer suggests adding a bit more sauce.
