“First time going to papa John, all I can say it’s best costumer service I have ever received, everybody was so nice and greeted me coming in,I order a stuffed crust pizza,really nice crust and really cheesy,I loved it,I’m definitely coming back for another one.“

“Ignoring the fact that Papa John is a fascist, the pizza is still good. After boycotting them for over 5 years I gave in and let the kids have it. But I explained to them who we were contributing to by purchasing this pizza. A total of $75 was spent and there's still some left over. Although I was extremely angry because there were no breadsticks available or so my kid said (I think you just forgot). Lol. So if you can overlook the racism, the food is still good like it used to be.“

“This Papa John's on 4004 Broadway is fabulous!! I order on UberEats to this location and the General Manager is named Crystal. Let me be emphatic when I say she is absolutely wonderful!! She really cares about the customers and she makes my pizza every time.

I called the store and spoke to her and told her my requests. She was super friendly and accommodating to me. And she always is. The pizza I order is always delicious and fresh and tastes great. I highly recommend this Papa John's for your pizza and food.“

Easy process to make an order, customizable, and easy check out with update status of when the pizza is being made and ready. Pizza, bread sticks, and wings are always warm and delicious. “I had a late night order and a couple of toppings were missing from my pizza (mistakes happen). When I called, the manager was very nice and offered to refund my order immediately. Each pizza comes with a yellow 🌶️ and a garlic dipping. You can have your pizza cut in triangles, squares, and clean which I don't know what they mean by clean cut.“

“The pizza here is awesome. The wife and I just ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza and we were quite satisfied. They didn't scimp on the toppings. The pizza was perfectly proportioned. The bone in Honey Chipotle wings were delicious and well coated. The service was quick and friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting pizza. We really appreciate how easy it was to order, and how well made the pizza and wings were. We chose carry out because we were in the area. Service was quick and only took about 15 minutes to make the order. The pizza was thoroughly cooked and stayed warm on our way home. Will definitely be ordering from here again in the near future.“

“Great experience. Ordered delivery and someone called immediately to inform me they were behind on deliveries. So I was able to come in to pick it up. I really don't like getting pizza cold. I was also concerned about paying delivery fees and tip the guy working the register assured me he would take care of it and he did. Didnt get his name but I appreciate the service and communication. Pizza was great as usual.“

“I always forget to ask their names, but there are two young ladies that work at this store and they are always so friendly and inviting. Top notch customer service for sure. This is the only Papa Johns I order from and rarely do I order from any other pizza place, specifically because of those two ladies. The guys that work there are nice as well, but the two blonde women, make it very easy and accommodating. Next time I'm in there, I will get there names.
The only thing I have remotely close to a negative comment is that it's carry-out/delivery. Would love to see how these employees could most likely thrive in a dine-it environment.
I do alot of DoorDash deliveries from this location as well, and still nothing but rave reviews.“

“I came to this location for an after service order right before they were closing. I made a mistake on the order and forgot to make the change, so when I picked up the pizza I asked if you could be remade. There was only one lady working there and not only did she take her time to remake my order with care, she worked all the other orders and even tried to finish orders that were coming in last minute right before closing. What made me want to write this review is that people are not always recognized for the hard work that they do and the sacrifices that they make even if it's a job and I'm so mad I didn't get this lady's name but she did not have to be so kind. I hope that she is recognized and to add that pizza was so fresh it was a great way to start off the year!“

“Fantastic Service, unfortunately we had a pizza mix up and our veggie had pepperoni on it. However they re-made it and got us the new pizza quick and easy. Always friendly, and always good. Corporate should give them a bonus for how hard they are always working!“

“It started off with the $8.99 carry out price. I added 16 bone in wings with a two liter and the total came out to $39.40. The food was great, but I still don’t how the price jumped that high for wings. I’m staring at the receipt as you’re reading this.“

“Andrew, the manager at Papa John’s, truly goes above and beyond. Every time I visit this location, he is always working hard, staying organized, and making sure customers are taken care of. You can tell he takes pride in his job and in making sure every order comes out right.
It’s refreshing to see a manager who leads by example. Andrew is always professional, respectful, and keeps the store running smoothly even when it’s busy. Because of his leadership and dedication, this location consistently delivers great service and quality food.“

“I give a 4 star only because Jordan and John, if it wasn’t for them it’ll be a 1 star, I ordered a pizza to be delivered through the app and there was a major inconvenience for me and a technical issue on their end, long story short these two guys heard me out when I had to actually come in to get my pizza and were very accommodating, great job guys on your customer service. Papa Johns needs to get more innovative and stop being so outdated so that the customers can be convenienced and the employees can do their job more efficiently. I gave grace because sometimes it’s not the workers it’s the company.“

“This location has the best manager. I come to this location so often because my autistic daughter will only eat their cheese pizza. And it has to be light on the cheese. “PLEAASEEEEEEE give the crew of 11/22 around 8-9:30pm the recognition they deserve !!!! We were attending a quince nearby and ran out of food. I had to place an order of 50 PIZZAS!!!! 25 pepperoni and 25 cheese. I lost my receipt in the chaos of last night so i can’t fill out the survey 🥲 The pizzas were ready in the given ETA and the people that we sent to pick up the pizzas said the people were very friendly and more than happy to have made that order happen. Very pleased with last nights experience and NOT A SINGLE SLICE WAS LEFT!! I got to see every box while serving the guest and every single pizza was consist and nothing was overlooked. Please recognize EACH team member for last night, it takes a great team to be able to work together for a larger order like that. also very pleased with the cost, a competitor quoted us double for that order size“

“Ryan the manager was amazing!!!! She gave her full attention to me no matter how busy it was. I asked if she could please make my pizza uniformed, even amount of beef, pep, cheese etc and she went overboard on it. Very nice lady and she even gave me plates, napkins lol. “Based on the reviews I must’ve gotten lucky idk lol. Pizza was amazing. Ordered it well baked and it was perfect. Crust was fluffy cheese melty. Good proportion of cheese to sauce. Haven’t ordered here in years. Might just be coming here more frequently. Ordered 3 topping garlic stuffed crust at 630ish for delivery and it came promptly and fresh. Feel bad for the people who had bad experiences cause it was great for me!“

“Okay, so I grabbed a pizza at that Papa John’s on Highway 6 last night. It was *packed* – seriously, a line out the door. I ordered a medium and honestly, for the price, it felt a little small. The guy taking the orders seemed stressed, but was okay. They got my order right, thankfully. Parking was a nightmare, definitely wait for a spot. I'd maybe suggest they have a separate line for pickup orders to help with the flow. Overall, it was decent pizza, just a bit chaotic.“

When I called, the manager immediately offered me the option to refund my money or send out what they forgot, as well as further accommodate me for their mistake. “On a good day, you will get your pizza and it will be so hot that you can feel how warm the pizza is, the customer service will be pretty good, and the wait will at most be 5-10 minutes, though if they are on point it will already be ready.
On a bad day, they might be backed up with orders, frantic, and too busy to talk to customers.
But the pizza is pretty good, it’s not the craziest but it’s pretty tasty.
All in all it depends on the day, somedays no problems and somedays slow. But, it’s not bad.“
