“Best visit to a Subway ever. I ordered the Bella Mozza ( a new one) The one guy waiting on everybody was extremely courteous and professional yet personable and knew his job well. Smiling and just amazingly good to every customer no matter how rude, loud and obnoxious... he treated everyone with the same patience and respect. Didn't get his name but he did an outstanding job and in a very timely manner.“

“This is BY FAR the cleanest Subway I have ever visited. It doesn't look like it would be as clean and new from the outside, but that's deceiving. Ashley was professional, cute and sweet taking our orders. She was the standard by how all other subway staff members should deliver service and sandwiches. I was very pleasantly surprised and my daughter and I will be back.“

“Schlotzsky’s is good. Not sure what was happening this evening but I think they need some more training. Service was slow. I redeemed my reward for the $8.00 meal but was still charged almost $10. Not sure what happened and the young man didn’t seem to know what was even going on. Glad I was eating at home because I didn’t get a straw or napkins. When I did get home the sandwich was “blah” the bread tasted stale. I love Schlotzsky’s but it will be awhile before I go back“

“Corvin was the only gentleman working at this location during the lunch rush and he did a phenomenal job. He made sure the area was clean, he was thorough, and a very kind young man. He did the very best he could do with no help, and had a great attitude. Thanks Corvin!“

“Ashwin’s customer service is bragged about by myself and a lot of my coworkers at ATT. He is the reason we go there as often as we do. Service with a smile, and a genuine human. He exemplifies everything you hope to have in an employee.

“I am a frequent visitor to the particular location. For the most part, it’s a good spot, only lack of employees slowing down production and creating long wait times and long lines during lunch.This particular lunch visit was disappointing. The usual long lines were an issue as I anticipated it, I was happy to see a full line of employees making sandwiches this time. The flow was definitely faster and I thought that was great while in the line until I reached the veggie/completion stage. They had a young inexperienced employee building and finishing the orders.I ordered a simple Roasted Chicken Wrap and added some veggies. I am never one to complain and I didn’t this time however you can see from my pictures, more training was needed. There were something many of each vegetable that the wrap could not close. It couldn’t be folded or wrapped so it was just rolled up in the paper and sent to me. It had the vegetables on the outside of the wrap as well that made it very soggy and just not good. The wrap would have filled two different salad bowls. I had to get a fork and sift through all of it to find any chicken. It was so off putting that I ate about a third of it and tossed the soggy rest of it.In their defense , this is not a regular thing, most of the time it’s the extreme opposite which is not enough vegetables. Also, the cashier and I both watched in awe of their person struggling to quickly fit all this in the wrap while moving on the the next customer in the long line, and neither of us said “please take out about half of that, and it will work better” so I take some blame too.“
“Will update if they ever start employing more than 1 person to run the entire business. If you have 2 online orders come in, with 2 people waiting in person to get a sandwich. You're looking at around a 30-40 minute wait for your order due to them running the show with 1 employee.“

“Today I walked in and saw 3 people ahead of me. I assumed that the worker (Spencer) was going to be slow since he looks very young and probably hates his job. I was hungry and impatient. He was actually pretty quick. I didn't see anyone else there so good for him. I asked for a subway melt with all veggies and usually get a huge sandwich with all my toppings spilling out but he made my sandwich very neatly almost like he had an OCD problem. Looked great! Next time be a bit more cheerful. I said a few words to him but he did not hear me. Must have been that focused attitude. ?“

“Guy with tattoos working there was absolutely amazing! he was the only worker doing anything, made 2 of my sandwich’s aswell as the ones online and was still taking about 5 people orders, while the lady in the back was doing nothing, she came out and he said he didn’t mean to upset her by her choosing to stay and she made an argument and started yelling at him in front of people trying to make it seem like it was all his fault. Props to the guy working he deserves a raise or something, only going back to that subway for the dude working there he was definitely trying his hardest. 10/10 customer service!“

“EXCELLENT customer service! Multiple employees handled our order and we had great service from start to finish. We even noticed the employees were rather busy but that did not hinder the service. It was apparent that employees had a genuine positive attitude. Really tasty lunch. I think, best subway in town. Highly recommend! (We have also made an online order to the store and our order and service were ??)“

“Been going here for a while and turned to using the mobile app. I noticed the past few sandwiches had not had all the extras I put in the app and instead the sandwiches were coming out with the default/base ingredients. So this time I went back and informed the staff which I honestly never do. I am a toxic people pleaser and avoid these types of situations; however, I was handled with care and with no attitude about my inconvenience. Instead the manager understood my motives during these rough times and that we have to get our value for what we pay. So I give 5 stars because he went off on this replacement sandwich and nailed it......but more impressively and importantly he handled his customers and my situation with patience, understanding, and care. Bravo!“
