My girlfriend and I came into Left’s Lobster House in Addison on New Year’s Eve looking forward to some great seafood, and thanks to Paco, the evening turned into something truly special.
I had recently undergone wrist surgery, which made things like cracking a classic seafood bucket a bit challenging. Without hesitation, Paco went above and beyond — not only providing attentive, friendly service throughout the night, but personally helping crack the seafood with absolute professionalism and care. It was done seamlessly, respectfully, and with a level of attention to detail that made us feel genuinely looked after.
Beyond that, Paco was exceptional in every way: our glasses were never empty, the service was perfectly timed, and his energy elevated the entire experience. He struck that rare balance of being attentive without ever being intrusive, and by the end of the night, our hearts were just as full as our plates.
If you’re ever in the neighborhood, I cannot recommend Paco enough. He truly represents the pinnacle of what customer service should be, and Left’s Lobster House is lucky to have him. We’ll absolutely be back — and we’ll be asking for Paco.“

“If you're looking for a good place to watch sports or just hang out and have a couple drinks check out the HUB! Megan is the friendliest bar tender and will refill your drink frequently! There is always some kind of happy hour or special going on whether its $2 hot dogs during the Rangers game and what not. They open the doors to the patio in the fall so it is nice to be able to sit outside when the weather is cool.

They are also bringing back some of their old menu favorites and rolling out new food offerings so that should make a huge improvement in the menu“

“Awesome place! Had a buddy that stayed a little longer than me. It got a little rocky and he woke up in a ditch two miles down the road and was missing his hat, shoes, glasses and tore up clothes. Oh, did I mention his phone was missing also. Had a great time. FYI, I'm banned usually once a month! Chicken fried chicken is great also.

“I came for the convenience, but I stayed for the vibes—and the Impossible Burger. Let’s be real, hotel restaurants usually feel like a reluctant obligation. But Noell JCT? This place understood the assignment. The staff was so friendly and helpful they practically saved me from myself (thank you for stopping me from ordering the beet salad when I clearly wanted the burger).

The salads are so fresh and crunchy they sound like a car driving over gravel—just the way a salad should. And that Impossible Burger? I don’t know what kind of wizardry is happening in the kitchen, but I’d come back just for that.

The staff deserves an award for their perfect balance of efficiency and good vibes. I found myself looking forward to seeing them tomorrow, which is honestly more than I can say for some of my relatives.

“I’m not sure why all of these other reviews are so critical. This place delivered delicious food.

I placed an order online for pickup, and when I arrived, it wasn’t quite ready yet. At first, I wondered why—then I walked in and immediately understood. There were only two incredible people running the entire restaurant, and I have to give them the recognition they deserve.

Grace and Ashley, a wonderful mother-daughter duo, were working tirelessly to take care of everyone. They were juggling so much at once—filling orders, serving customers, and keeping everything moving—and yet they did it all with kindness, patience, and genuine care.

It’s rare these days to meet people with such good hearts. Despite being understaffed, they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. Watching them work together was inspiring, and their dedication truly made my day.

Thank you, Grace and Ashley, for your hard work and for being such bright, beautiful souls. You both turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Dickey’s is lucky to have you!“
