“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We celebrated our 24th anniversary at Rise Soufflé in Tulsa Utica Square, and it was absolutely perfect. From the charming ambiance to the flawless service, every detail made the evening unforgettable. We started with their famous Marshmallow Soup — a creamy tomato and carrot bisque with tangy goat cheese “marshmallows.” Truly unique and so comforting. For entrées, we shared the Southwest Chicken Soufflé and the Mac & Cheese Soufflé. Both were divine — airy yet rich, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. I finished with the Blueberry Soufflé, which was bursting with flavor and beautifully airy. My husband had the Crème Brûlée, with its perfectly crisp top and creamy custard — classic and flawless. Our Server, Andrelle, went above and beyond — friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs. Thank you, Rise, for making our anniversary dinner feel magical. We’ll definitely be back! 💙“

“Came here for their lunch prix fixe deal ($24.99). Just a heads-up: this menu is only available during lunch, Monday through Friday.

The steak uses a top blade cut, so it’s juicy and flavorful, though it still has some muscle fibers that make it a bit chewy. The sauce paired with it was pretty good and complemented the steak nicely. I also really enjoyed the salad, the champagne vinaigrette was light, fresh, and very tasty.

Overall, it’s a solid lunch value if you’re looking for a satisfying steak meal at a reasonable price.“

“I love this Rise for two reasons: the food is consistently good and I am fascinated at their ability to prepare perfect souffles. On different occasions I have had the smoked salmon and the herb and spicy sausage souffle. My companions had the Southwest Chicken and the Truffle infused mushroom souffle. Everyone raved over the taste of their respective dishes. The complimentary bread is delicious. It is served warm with butter. I am not a big bread lover but this is my exception. Great place for birthday lunch or just friends getting together. I have never had dinner at Rise so all my comments are reflective of my lunch experiences.“

“Merit our server was fantastic. I had the chicken & waffles which were delicious. My dining partners enjoy Crepes Nutella and a Salmon Benny/. Delicious! It was a lovely day and we sat on the patio with the retractable roof. The sun was beating down so they didn't open it. Atmosphere is lively and vibrant for brunch. Would love to come back!“

“Today, we went to Le Bilboquet and had a fantastic brunch. I had the Chicken Paillard. Usually, I'm not too fond of too many greens, but whatever they used for the dressing made them delicious. The other folks with me had the Brioche French Toast and Shakshuka. The bread for the french toast was excellent, and the whipped cream seemed freshly made. The Shakshuka was smothered almost like a stew and tasted like it had a light touch of cumin. I asked the waitress to bring me a medium-priced wine that would pair nicely with my meal. I can't remember the name other than it was a nice chardonnay. Afterward, we had some delicious coffee and dessert. The dessert consists of a chocolate mousse and Creme Brulee. The Creme Brulee was better than I have ever made at home. I think it had a little nutmeg added to it. The chocolate mousse had a few ingredients, which I believe one was expresso. The customer service was so refreshing, the atmosphere so bright and cheerful til it relaxed the whole family. We will be back. Our server's name was Paige; she made our experience over the top.“

“This is the French Cafe inside the hospital. Such a hidden gem with friendly service, consistently great food, cheap prices, and always fresh! The hospital must pay these people nicely because they keep their prices very low especially for what you get. I've eaten here a few times and look forward to it each time I have a kid or have to visit the hospital. Breakfast tacos, chicken fajita wrap, bagels, pasta salad, and turkey sandwich were all excellent!“

“Today was a beautiful day, perfect for a birthday celebration at Bistro 31 😍. Our family of ten were seated in the back (outdoor but inside) and we were treated as very special people, and the service by Luke was extraordinary. The food was wonderful....plates were empty. And the bread and butter...I am embarrassed by the amount we ate . Birthdays usually have cake, and we were surprised with olive oil cake for our table. YUM! Big thanks to Al Lombardi and staff for a fantastic time!“

“Had a chicken parisian from this place around 1:30pm on a Monday. Convenient location if you're flying gates 1-8. The sandwich was pretty good, cheesy, nicely toasted. Service was quick and friendly. Total including tips and taxes came to 18 bucks“

“Oh my, this is a cherry on top spot, not kidding! My friend and I decided to give it a try. At first we ordered the chicken tacos but they ran out, i will need to come back to try them however we chose the chicken panko salad. A+. Besides it was healthy, it was tasty. I love the panko crust too. A must try! The hostesses welcomed us, friendly staff indeed. My water kept being refilled so service? Was definitely great! Location is fabulous, inside the store. And the restaurant itself was so cute!!! Thank you for a great experience 😍“
