“I had been introduced to Antonio's by a friend. So when I had two family birthdays to celebrate, I knew exactly where I wanted to take them. We went to Antonio's on a weeknight and it was not crowded, allowing us to converse. Gonzalo was our excellent waiter who made our dining experience memorable. We all ordered different entrees and everything was was delivered hot and in a timely manner. Absolutely delicious! We had fabulous tiramisu for birthday dessert and ended the night with coffees. Of course, we'll be back.“

“My partner and I came down to Dallas from OKC to celebrate our anniversary weekend. My partner has a severe gluten allergy so we always look for places that can accommodate that need. Our server, Matt, was incredible. He pointed out all the items that couldn’t be made gluten free. He answered all of our questions with confidence and clarity. We felt so comfortable with our selections. As for the food, OH MY GOD!!!!!!!! It was INCREDIBLE!!! You could have fooled me that it was gluten free (I know it was because I didn’t have to take my partner to the hospital)! Not only did the give us an amazing meal, but they brought out a special, gluten free dessert to celebrate our anniversary. We also were given some gift cards as a thank you for celebrating our anniversary there. We will ABSOLUTELY be back next time when we’re in town, and I cannot recommend this place or Matt enough, whether you’re gluten intolerant or not.“

“I cannot recommend Roma’s Italian Kitchen enough! My only regret is that I ordered only one thing to-go. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is great, and you feel like you are back in a small piece of Europe. The owner Lucian was very hospitable and generous. I called in an order of Mititei to-go, and they were delicious! I cannot wait to go back and try their Sarmale, Schnitzel, and the pizza & pasta! I do not live very close, but Roma’s Italian Kitchen is definitely worth the drive, you won’t regret it. Va multumesc mult!“

“We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at Terilli's on Saturday night. We had a party of six, and the team worked very hard to get us in. To say that we had one of the best dining and culinary experiences of our lives is an understatement! We tried Chef Chad's special of the evening - crispy halibut with zucchini noodles in a Calabrian chili and caper beurre blanc. It included sautéed spinach, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts. WOW! All of us who tried it agree that it was the best seafood dish we've ever had! Additionally, my sister-in-law has a lot of seafood allergies and Chef Chad and our server, Luis, were so patient and wonderfully accommodating. In addition to the wonderful food, the service was absolutely superb. Luis gave us a 5-star experience at a level that I would only expect to receive from a Michelin-starred restaurant. He's THAT good. We lacked for nothing and he anticipated everything! We will be back and very soon. I highly recommend for a special occasion or just a fun night out for any size group. “We came for dinner on Saturday night at 7:00. We ended up celebrating a few things so we ordered from their great Italian wine list. To start, we ordered fried ravioli, which is great to share. For entrees, we all ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. The pasta is great but the start of the show is the huge chicken parmigiana. I ate all of mine but there is definitely enough to take some home. Our service was also perfect. She was attentive, but also didn’t come around too much.“

And let’s not discuss when it was time to add the Alfredo sauce to my pasta, I had to tell her add some more. She acted as if she didn’t want to serve us and she didn’t want to be at work. Piadas do better. Teach your staff customers service, before you lose business.“

“First off let me say nobody make food like this restaurant. It’s a hole in the wall place with excellent service. The most tasty 👅 food ever. Pizza here is on a whole other level. The owner always comes by and says hi to us. Another thing I love about them the owner never says anything about my youngest bring outside food. My kid has autism so it’s hard to find places to eat where they allow us to enjoy a meal as a family. I love them for that. And the young gentleman cook 👨‍🍳 that always is so sweet and know what we want from the moment we walk in the door 🚪 thanks you for taking amazing care of us. “This is our new favorite Italian restaurant. It's a gem in West Plano. There is plenty of free parking right out front, in a lovely area. The interior of the restaurant is clean, stylish, bright, and cheery. We had superb service from the moment we entered the restaurant. We started with wine from a very good wine list, and the warm, freshly baked bread, of course. The shrimp scampi was excellent, featuring large, perfectly cooked shrimp in a delicious garlic and butter sauce, accompanied by garlic-toasted bread. The veal Marsala was top-notch, with a generous portion and great flavor. Perhaps the best marsala I've had. The Italian creme cake was a great way to finish the meal. Highly recommended!“

What really stood out was the service — our server, Prit, was excellent! She was professional, attentive, and handled our large group with ease and a great attitude.

“Amazing food, service, quality of ingredients, portion sizes and menu options! I have been to Napoli’s of West Plano probably over 5 times now with my family and friends. Every time I have come here the wait staff is eager and happy to serve. There hasn’t been a dish that I have ordered that i didn’t like and the freshness of the ingredients is really outstanding. I am very pleased with this restaurant and hope they get more business.
