“Best burrito in town totally recommended“

“Nicely designed clean new store, employees were friendly. The food was fine but I couldn't believe how small the burrito supreme is now. The ones at Taco Casa are literally twice as big. It's not really a knock against this Taco Bell but whoever is making decisions to shrink the food. And not have tostadas and green burritos all the time.“

“I love you guys dearly. But lately when I ask for extra lettuce on my tacos, there really isn't any extra. I wouldn't mind if I wasn't paying extra for it. And honestly I love extra lettuce for the crunch freshness, and to cut all that yummy freshly grated cheese yall put on your tacos. “Their drive thru was not illuminated so we opted to walk in and order. It took a while but we had a big order for the family man they forgot our other box of chicken and one of our sides but still good. It was too far away to drive back and replace. It was also too late by the time we got home and realized. It's okay though. If I could go back today and replace would definitely consider it. They also should fix their drive thru window option. I didn't want to come in. I had two hungry kiddos in the car that I had to lug into the store.“

“Best experience so far. But the burger was so delicious. Whoever the cook was they love their job. The bun perfect not soggy or smashed, beef juicy but not greasy, all the veggies were fresh and perfectly placed so I didn’t even leak any vegetables the mustard just the right amount. I’m pretty daring when saying but that has been the best burger I’ve ever had since my childhood a lot of places lack the quality these days but this place left me astonished for my first time coming and don’t even get me started on the blizzards just perfection way better than Sonic’s by a long shot.“

“I've never been a Arby's fan, however the spicy Italian is a huge hit....however, my overall experience was shot down due to staff causing like sailors behind the counter....I would not recommend bringing the little one to this Arby's and what made it worse...manager was on site....training in staff is a MUST NEED!!!“

“The second I walked in the employee, who I think is the manager, greeted me and was very attentive to me. Quick service and great conversation. I have never sent a review for a subway but while I dined in the pretty much cleaned the entire store, washed all the dishes and gave excellent customer service to about 6 other customers. “Today 8-8-23 I was at this location around 8:20 and in line ordering. Prior to my ordering there was an elderly man being rude to a young kid. Saying stuff like can you read. It was just beyond. I didn’t catch kids name but did find out tonight was his first night on the register. When the man approached my party he thought he was going to get acknowledgment that his behavior was acceptable. When he found out we did not agree with him his facial features changes. The whole time this young kid kept His composure. All the staff was working hard and they were fast. Great team work and leadership.“

“The manager is very good. The place runs efficiently when she is there, not so good when she is not.
The nachos need to have more cheese and toppings.
The burritos need to be folded better so that the ingredients don't come out all over the place...
Overall, we will be coming back. Hope things improve a bit !“
