“Best burrito in town totally recommended“

“Good food, tables werent clean though and when i walked in, there was shredded cheese all over the booth table. When I placed my order, I didnt receive my order and when i asked for my order up front, there was 2 teenage boys, one with blonde hair with a cross chain, and the other one was hispanic, they asked for receipt when the order is visible on the screen, they also started whispering at each other and kept looking at me. Please fix this issue asap!

“PUSHING BEANS!

Not sure what's happening at this location but the last several times I have ordered in store, ringed up by the same lady ordered the same thing all beef burritos with cheese. And this time took someone with me and they witness cashier ringing up two beef burritos no sauce and was given two bean burritos with sauce and cheese. It's time to go somewhere else.
All this BS about friendly service is hidden because all I see is these- stoic looks and staff who throws your food on the counter and walks off. What part of that is worth 5 stars and great reviews????“

“I came here to brag about the staff working on 1-30-24 @7pm. we live in Granbury and our chickfila is currently closed so we stopped in Benbrook on our way to Ft Worth. From the sweet girl who took our order to the drive through window team, all were happy and friendly. Having fun at work and getting the job done! Mgmnt team must be doing something right. such a pleasure to see smiling faces,laughter and getting the order right! well done 👏“
