The service is just not there. we called to place an order and the employees left the phone off the hook, so that who ever tried calling in an order would assume that they were on another phone call or busy. we showed up in person to order and the person said it would take more than 30 mins and asked if we were sure we wanted to wait, so he didn't want to make our order obviously. I know it doesn't take 30 mins to make wings. It was not busy, there was one family in the place!...read full review
