“I love this place! Tonight Kelsey was my server. I've had her numerous times before, and the service as always was superb! I drink unsweetened iced tea, and she brings me a new glass of tea before I have even finished the one I am drinking. Everyone is so friendly! The food is great, and if something is wrong with it they quickly replace it. This has only happened a time or two, one of which was my fault for not ordering correctly. In spite of that they still graciously replaced it. I can't recommend this place enough!“

“Food never disappoints at cheesecake factory. I had the chicken salad sandwich with french fries and my hubby had some Asian dish. Everything was hot and yummy. Service is definitely lacking at the Allen Texas location. It takes forever to get any service and when you do it takes a lot of time to get refills or anything else that you may need. Cheesecake is always amazing.“

“It is better to go before 4 pm on a Sat. Service was not up to par. Asked for Ice water, got ice in a cup and then was asked if we want water in it. 🤦♀️ then the fried chicken was not completely cooked and two of the servings were cried bones and no meat. Out of 4 pieces only one had meat. Asked for something else and the manager was not pleasant at all.“

“Service was as I expected. They offered numerous Food options. They accommodated separate checks for our group which consisted of two couples and one single. The Crussaunt appetiser was VERY FRESH and I highly recommend it. Kudos to our waiter for allowing me to replace French fries with a more healthy salad.“

“Came in for lunch and had Karma as my waitress. She did a great job at recommending different drinks and she let me know that you could get your fries tossed in sauce (it was delicious). I would definitely come back, especially if I get Karma as my waitress again! 10/10“

“Went with group from work and they treated us well. Had good food and service and the golf games were fun. It had been a while since I been and there were some nice changes. The new club that was like an oversized driver/3 wood combined (non golfer description here). Tried the mixed sodas (non alcoholic) and made it dirty and it was good. Didn't get a chance since not included by company, my favorite injectable donut holes.“

“The manager from yesterday 6/1/2024 was amazing, along with his team/staff showed great hospitality! Madison was the clerk, along with made the two strawberry shakes we ordered. Overall, it reminded me of my experiences in sunny 🌞 California (10 out of 10) Allen location is the business.“

“My friend and I had lunch at Lazy Dog on 9-23-25. Crystal was our waitress. She was exceptional. She made some fantastic recommendations, attended to our needs but was very thoughtful and respectful of our visit together. She was an absolute joy and our meals were so good!“
