“My friend and I had lunch at Lazy Dog on 9-23-25. Crystal was our waitress. She was exceptional. She made some fantastic recommendations, attended to our needs but was very thoughtful and respectful of our visit together. She was an absolute joy and our meals were so good!“

“I love this place! Tonight Kelsey was my server. I've had her numerous times before, and the service as always was superb! I drink unsweetened iced tea, and she brings me a new glass of tea before I have even finished the one I am drinking. Everyone is so friendly! The food is great, and if something is wrong with it they quickly replace it. This has only happened a time or two, one of which was my fault for not ordering correctly. In spite of that they still graciously replaced it. I can't recommend this place enough!“

Service is definitely lacking at the Allen Texas location. It takes forever to get any service and when you do it takes a lot of time to get refills or anything else that you may need. “we came in last night as a party of about 40 was being served and we were told there would be a 45 minute wait. we decided to wait around cause i had a feeling they were over quoting the wait time to pace the kitchen. the wait ended up being just 15 minutes. as a previous manager of a restaurant, i can’t help but wonder how many customers they scared away with that wait time. i believe you should seat empty tables so that guests can wait at a table and just explain that the kitchen is catching up from a large party. anyway. the service and the food was great. honestly, my only single complaint was how many times our server called us all “baby”. to my kids, that’s sweet. to myself, it seemed insincere and made me feel like i was in daycare. to my husband, i would say it was disrespectful had she not said it to us all about 45 times. it just felt like overkill. again, previously being in the service industry, i believe “baby” is not how you address adults. especially to a man sitting beside his significant other… might say it to the wrong couple one day. i am sure it’s just her habit, but maybe she could practice different replies. price was good and atmosphere was that of every other chili’s.“

“Sully was great. Took great care of us. Did have a problem. Trying to have a conversation at our table and trivia was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves. Sounds fun, but can be conducted without blasting all conversations to a stand still. We finally just payed out so we could leave.“

“Our friends told us about the Top Golf summer pass and we have been going together as a family. I wasn't sure how much my kids would enjoy the actual golf but Top Golf now has all these game modes including angry birds and sonic the hedgehog, which changes the way we play. There are a good variety of gold clubs too. There are ones for kids, shorter/taller and even left handed one.

Today we also tried out their food for lunch and it was actually really good. There's a good amount of variety and different flavors. I like the trio wings. We will be back for more.“
