“5* all around. Felt like I was in a real Korean place in Korea. The vibe is fun, food is great and service is spot on. Tried the kimchi pancake, Cajun fried basket and Korean queso .all were good.. will come for some real Korean food next time.“
“I should probably try other dishes but when you find something you love it's hard to deviate from it. I always always always get the spicy pork. They are friendly and personable. It's a small and quaint dining experience though I usually get mine to go cuz yanno people blech“
“Date night with the wife. Always looking for a new bibimbap place that also has a hot stone bowl. This place didn't disappoint! Fresh and good. Classic Korean side bowls to add to your dish as desired (kimchi, potatoes, bean sprouts, fish cakes). Small cozy place with very friendly owner/operators. I could eat this every day. Get an extra fried egg! Only down side is that the stone bowls didn't include the jab chi noodles. We will definitely be going back again.“
“I've been a regular at JC since grand opening and I consistently order the Galbi to go. Abundant meat for the price, the quality also shows in the taste. The right amount of char, flavor, and fat, it is some of the best galbi you can get in the area. Sode dishes are nothing crazy- a small portion of rice topped with fried egg and two gyozas. (Would prefer to have kimchi or other pickled vegetables to cut through richness of protein as opposed to more fat). Service is both kind and incredibly quick- never exceeds 10 minutes to prepare.“
“As you may know this “restaurant” is inside the Plano Hmart food court. They’re famous for their Korean-styled corn dogs but they also have some other foods like Cupbokki and their Toast sandwiches. The last one is my favorite! The bread is thick and buttery and the insides are so seasoned and delicious. I went with the Classic which is just egg but they have plenty of other flavors. Don’t forget to try their assortment of sauces to add to your item. I will say I haven’t figured out a way to eat it without making some small mess lolVegetarian options: There are some items that have no meat.“
“This was our first time eating at Wave Bowl and Poont, the manager, and Fook were outstanding at taking care of us. The food was delicious, they helped us make a decision on what to eat and we were not disappointed. 10/10 customer service!!“
“I love corndogs and I feel like Korean corndogs elevate the experience with more flavors and textures. The employees at Frankseoul are always nice and I appreciate their patience when I get indecisive and even help with my order through recommendations that are usually always a hit :) My go to is the potato covered half cheese half dog. I wish that they could coat a whole hot dog in cheese and then cover that in potatoes, though. It would be the perfect corndog. The self serve condiment is nice, the honey mustard and maple syrup are a great addition to the corndog, adding lots of flavor that enhances the experience.“
“Authentic Korean food in a relaxed setting and a great Korean playlist to match. Their ordering method is via a tablet on the table, but the staff is happy to answer any questions or give recommendations as needed. The food came quickly, portions were huge and easily shareable, and fresh.“
“Food is cooked hot and fresh! I would say the portion size is fair for the price when it comes to the chicken the sides are a bit expensive. Push buttons on the table make it efficient so that a server isn't hovering your table you simply push when you're ready to order.“
“Bulldog has the best Katsu in the town. The price is reasonable! All the side dishes are well cooked and delicious! My six year loves their Katsu too! The dine in is spacious and calming. The owner has a great eye contact and polite with smile.“
“I love their tayaki's. I apologize for not taking pictures of them so you know what they are but they're just puff pasteries that come in a shape of a fish filled with a wide variety of fillings. I only like mine stuffed with the red beans fillings so yeah. That's the Korean version of boonguhbbangs right there. They always make them fresh when ordered so you can actually see the whole process of making them. I'm sure every SomiSomi place does too but I'd thought I'd mention. The place was also spotless of trash and dust so that's always a plus in my books. I wouldn't mind coming again if I was in the neighborhood :)“
“We hosted 2 “back to back” birthday parties here and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s looking for the perfect venue to celebrate their special occasions at. We were a group of 25 and we had the best experience. They have some of the friendliest staff around and we appreciate their awesome service! Even though we were such a big group, everything went smoothly! Just call them to make a reservation and they’ll work with you to ensure their guests will have a wonderful experience.“
“This was a very clean and well decorated Korean soup restaurant and the service was great! They even had a robot server. They served some of the best beef ribs soups ever. I have tried a few of their soups and some of them were pretty bland and more suitable for Korean palette, but I highly recommend any soup with beef ribs in it as it greatly improved the taste of the soup and my favorite is the spicy beef ribs soup with dried cabbage, which is super good!“
“This place right here… this is my favorite thing to eat, everyone is so nice! When I put that online order in they get me right all the time.. thank you for such good service here. I will be back so much for in the future!! Can’t waitCorn dogs are ALWAYS fresh too. Omg.“
“This restaurant was so amazing! i missed authentic Korean dishes so wanted some comfort meals & oxtail soup is definitely one of them! Wholeheartedly recommend their grilled spicy pork ribs, along with their seafood pajeon (pancake) & spicy rumen, brisket soup. The flavors were all there. The bonchons were so delicious on its own too. Cannot wait to go back!! After reading about how great this place is & through a fam members recommendation, it did not disappoint one tiny bit“
“We've been here several years ago when it was Jin. This was the first time since then. We came for lunch, and opted for AYCE ($19.99/person). For this price, the selection of meats and side dishes were great. We ordered LA Galbi, Nubiani, and Chadolbagiand from the menu and also picked several other meats and side dishes from the buffet. They were all great. They also had seaweed soup and beef & daikon radish soup, and they were delicious as well. Their dessert drink was way too sweet for us. I loved they had icecream for dessert and it was refreshing and was a nice taste change. For $20, I think it well worth it and I'd definitely come back.“
“Place was clean and cute- simple dining room. Menu is focused, with a nice variety of flavor options. The chicken is clearly cooked to order, so expect to wait about 20 minutes for your food. It was fresh, tender, juicy. The flavors didn’t wow us, but it was an enjoyable experience. Staff was gracious and helpful. Our orders were $14 and $16 for wings and fried chicken, respectively… sides and appetizers ran about $7-12.“
“My girlfriend and I haven’t been liking fusion kitchen for a while and have not visited this location in quite sometime, but we decided to try it once more but now it’s gone through new management! This place is way different in many good ways! We decided to dine in on Valentine’s Day and they had an amazing experience! There’s new alcohol items & the staff is amazing! Shout out to Harry and Justin for the amazing experience! This place is basically like a couple buddies got ahold of this place and made it an amazing experience for everyone, even to the point that they made a couple of new drink that are amazing! Try the new tornado tower! You won’t regret it! Please support these guys!“
“Authentic Korean food is here!!!Everything tastes really good. Very generous portion with a very reasonable price. Please come here and support this small and local business. I will def come and try other dishes next times!Overall score: 9/10“
“Korean bbq food with many different varieties in small servings including hot pot. Open late accommodations for business busy customers. Corne lot convenient location. Warm cozy and comfortable enjoy favorite dish for family get together. Front back and side parking. Easy access to central highway. Food prepared in minutes to “
“They really can't help that they are stuck in a mall with some interesting people roaming around but other then that it's greatThey are polite and will explain what each thing is. It's very different from American the sugar coating was too much for my 10 year old, though he did eat half of it. He scarfed the twisted potato down. So we recommend it.“
“This restaurant sounds like a solid choice for a enjoyable Korean BBQ experience. While I found the flavors slightly less impressive than other spots, I still commend the friendly staff and vibrant atmosphere. If you're looking for a fun and lively Korean BBQ experience, this place is definitely worth checking out. Just keep in mind that there might be other restaurants in the area with more standout flavors.“
“The staff was welcoming and polite during the brief interaction when picking up. The order was ready by the estimated time.Bold flavors in their sauces and seasonings. The honey garlic and their special sauce were on the sweet side and had a notable garlic flavor, which I like. The crust was very crispy with the white meat pieces having a thicker crust. For the dark meats, they were fairly juicy but o have had juicer Korean Fried Chicken. The white meat pieces were on the drier side and combined with the thick crust, it was more like a chicken nugget candy.“
“I came here with my girlfriend on a Friday afternoon shortly after they opened. It wasn't busy yet, but by the time we left the whole place was filled with people. We got the medium beef and pork combination. The menu says it's food for 3 people, but my girlfriend and I were able to manage it with ease. The beef and pork combination came with brisket, marinated prime rib finger meat, pork belly, and pork jowl. The quality of the meat was good and definitely better than most AYCE kbbq places in the area. I'm especially a big fan of their method of ventilation and for the first time I actually left a Korean bbq place without smelling like meat and oil. It was a great experience and the waiting staff would rotate through and help you cook the food. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.“
“Atmosphere is very chill. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Our first time visiting the young lady offered some great dishes for my family and I to try which were delicious! We have a picky eater in the family and he gave it a 5 star review. It has now definitely become a go for great food and service. All around great experience here. Highly recommend! Oh and kids menu Mac and cheese, lemon pepper wings, spicy chicken sandwich and scallion chicken were all amazing! Portions were definitely larger than expected so bring an appetite.“
“I have dined in and ordered takeout from Dawon, and I've enjoyed my visit both times. I ordered Ttobbokki with noodles, LA Galbi, and bulgogi. The items were quite tasty. The bulgogi was a takeout order, and it came with Banchan and nice, big lettuce leaves. It was all tasty. The atmosphere is not fancy by any means, but it's functional and comfortable. The service was nice. At least I had a good time chatting with the lady at the front desk. She checked on us quite often to see if we were comfortable.Overall, I enjoyed my meal here and will be back again“
