“I dined at Mi Cocina yesterday and it was a wonderful time. Amber was our server and she was efficient and friendly. We enjoyed our food very much. The atmosphere was pleasant and we never felt rushed. I will go again and hope Amber will be my waitress.“

“There are few places these days where I have a hard time choosing between multiple entrées. Or rotating between them, depending on how you see a thing. The easy-to-choose start of a happy hour swirl margarita and the Queso Blanco Torres alone are massive selling points. But Salsa Tex-Mex Allen is that place where the food is well... grouped, I guess ...? as to potential selections, it is VERY reasonably priced, -and- you get food in a large quantity. We have yet to even be charged for substitutions. It makes a place like Lupe Tortilla a ridiculous mistake; a mistake we only make once. All the staff at S T-M rotate the dining area making sure everyone is taken care of. Management is visible and refilling chips, taking empty plates, checking drinks - there is a magnificent sense of family inside the restaurant's culture that they then extend to you. Nuestra camarera esta noche fue Melissa, and she was truly exceptional in every way. Thank you all for a wonderful experience yet again. I think I have about 3 days of meals in my leftovers before I'll need to return.“

So many combos most are under $8 with water when on special.
As soon as you walk in your greeted by the staff. The menu was very clear to see , read and understand.
The atmosphere was great, decorations and the vibe were in point. Restaurant was clean.

This gave me a vibe of taco cabana with a papasitos mix.

I had the taco plate , 3 tacos with beef, rice and beans with a drink and 2 extra tortillas.

100% would recommend 👌“

“Although there was a convention at the hotel and they were busy the food and service were great! Nico was my server as well as covering the entire restaurant and bar he did an amazing job taking care of all the patrons with a smile. He is the reason I am writing the review. They have a drive-through, but I prefer to dine-in. How 'bout them Cowboys? They won, so I had to get my FREE Cowboy's Beef Crispy Taco🌮. I also ordered a Party Burrito🌯 and a Party Taco🌮. They have a free Salsa Bar. Everything was good. Ask about a 10% Senior Discount.

“I ordered lunch today for our school group. It was a large order of 70 tacos and nearly 70 more burritos and we received incredible service! Not only was the order accurate, but the staff included napkins, hot sauce and plates for the group and even noticed that I drove up and rolled out my completed order to my vehicle to load before I even opened my car door. It was wonderful to work with Taco Casa. The portions are generous and the food is always delicious. Amazing service was the cherry on top today!“

“Joshua was great but Madeleine was very rude. My wife asked for double meat but our total was rang up as extra meat +extra meat for 4.80 extra. I said why is it on the twice and they said it was four scoops. My wife didn't ask for that so I said either take it off or remake it at the price we understood. Joshua was remaking it asked what was wrong with the first one and was astounded that they wouldn't have resolved it by just removing one of the charges and comping the other one. He walked back down to ask and Madeline took the other bowl to the back of the restaurant instead of just tossing it in the trash. It was all very weird but Madeline was a constant source of conflict and rudeness. My wife had to wait to have them remake food while my family had already started eating.
