“I am not typically a fan of Tex Mex cuisine, but my husband enjoys it, so I decided to give it another try. My husband suggested we visit Mi Cocina, as it is conveniently located near our residence and had received a 5-star rating online. We arrived around noon today. Our server, Jairo, was helpful in recommending a dish, which proved to be delicious, featuring a combination of various appetizers. The food was warm and served promptly. Jairo also suggested drinks, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff consistently displayed friendly smiles, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Jairo and the staff deserve a 5-star rating from us.“

“we came in last night as a party of about 40 was being served and we were told there would be a 45 minute wait. we decided to wait around cause i had a feeling they were over quoting the wait time to pace the kitchen. the wait ended up being just 15 minutes. as a previous manager of a restaurant, i can’t help but wonder how many customers they scared away with that wait time. i believe you should seat empty tables so that guests can wait at a table and just explain that the kitchen is catching up from a large party. anyway. the service and the food was great. honestly, my only single complaint was how many times our server called us all “baby”. to my kids, that’s sweet. to myself, it seemed insincere and made me feel like i was in daycare. to my husband, i would say it was disrespectful had she not said it to us all about 45 times. it just felt like overkill. again, previously being in the service industry, i believe “baby” is not how you address adults. especially to a man sitting beside his significant other… might say it to the wrong couple one day. i am sure it’s just her habit, but maybe she could practice different replies. price was good and atmosphere was that of every other chili’s.“

So many combos most are under $8 with water when on special.
As soon as you walk in your greeted by the staff. The menu was very clear to see , read and understand.
The atmosphere was great, decorations and the vibe were in point. Restaurant was clean.

This gave me a vibe of taco cabana with a papasitos mix.

I had the taco plate , 3 tacos with beef, rice and beans with a drink and 2 extra tortillas.

100% would recommend 👌“

“I don’t know who the manager of this store is but he needs to go train the other ones in Tulsa, OK. Bueno is a hit or miss there but this is consistently good every time I go. Also the little croissant at the window was an added bonus he told me my dog was cute and she really appreciated that.“

“Noel is the best. My smart ass asked for the hot salsa... He made a special blend that by far is the hottest that I have had in years. My cousin who does not like hot salsa asked you do know you put that on once, speaking of the fajita I was making... I know but it's the best I have had in years. “Big Man in the drive-through is always awesome. He is a model employee. I’ve often thought about “borrowing “ him from you guys :) … besides providing superior service , none of my employees would dare step out of line with him as their supervisor.. You have a great man working for you and I would bet you don’t pay him what he is worth….“

“Joshua was great but Madeleine was very rude. My wife asked for double meat but our total was rang up as extra meat +extra meat for 4.80 extra. I said why is it on the twice and they said it was four scoops. My wife didn't ask for that so I said either take it off or remake it at the price we understood. Joshua was remaking it asked what was wrong with the first one and was astounded that they wouldn't have resolved it by just removing one of the charges and comping the other one. He walked back down to ask and Madeline took the other bowl to the back of the restaurant instead of just tossing it in the trash. It was all very weird but Madeline was a constant source of conflict and rudeness. My wife had to wait to have them remake food while my family had already started eating.
