McDonald's in Amarillo

“I went through the drive thru and realized they forgot my pie so I went back and the manager went above and beyond! He made sure my pie was fresh and even included an extra one! I greatly appreciate the customer service that I received here!“

“Just came in this morning, I accidentally hit the drive through on the app but needed counter. Porsha did a phenomenal job of helping me and making sure I was taken care of! Her friendly attitude and cheerfulness made it a pleasant experience!

“Me and all my kids and grandchildren come here alot the food sometimes isn't cooked all the way and the managers are always mean no one knows how to answer a phone call or no one knows how to return a phone call so whats the point in having a phone at work if they never answer to hear us complain“

“Typical McDonald’s food and service. I am not a fan of the new cold impersonal atmosphere. Check yourself out, all drinks, napkins and condiments are behind the counter. It used to be a fun kid friendly place now you feel like you’re in a hospital cafeteria.“

“I've stopped here twice in the past few weeks for breakfast. I/we dined in both times and the friendliness of the employees and customer service has been exceptional. Seriously, who'd have thought you could ever say that about a McDonald's?!

The food is standard fare for McDonald's. Hit/miss if it's overcooked I've noticed. Slow to come out after ordering.

The decor is unlike other McDonald's (I posted pics and video) and odd for this region/area but it stands out. It's very metro; unlike the TX Panhandle - thankfully.“

“I was looking for the K-pop toys in the Happy Meals and the employees there were so sweet and helpful. I was needing the #2 and was looking for over 2 weeks and finally found it. I was so excited. I loved how they took the time to look. They had great customer service and were very nice and I will only come to this McDonalds for now on. I did ask another McDonald's if they help me look for a certain number K-pop toy and they said our manager said we cannot do that. I said then you just lost a customer. So, the McDonalds on Grand, you rock and I totally appreciate everything you did. Thank you! Food was great too.“

“If you want a refill you must go up to the counter because they have no machine in the lobby. The wait for someone to help, even though the employees looked right at you, is atrocious. It's like a McDonald's on the wrong side of Washington DC. The only thing missing is the counter behind plexiglass. Food was very sloppy, but quick.“

“Mane, I don’t know who hates me in the kitchen, but swear everytime I order it’s like yall make my food with hate and malice. I was gonna cut yall some slack cause like who wouldn’t hate working at McDonalds, but then I saw the furry handing out food. “We enjoy coming here they are always ready to take care of the customers and get the order out quick. The food is always fresh and hot too. The lobby was clean and Alexia even came out to see if we needed anything else . Thanks for the great service“

“This branch still keeps the old-style layout, which actually makes it far more spacious compared to the newer design. The facilities are better overall, and the experience feels smoother. What really stands out is the speed — the service here is faster, the place is cleaner, and the team works with much more efficiency than other branches.“

“Food was pretty warm an fries good but I hate when u ask for ketchup cuz they dont put any in ur bag they act like there paying for the dang packages an barely give u 2 an I ask them for more till they give me enough for my fries ,in the first place there not paying for the dang package so just give me wat I ask for ,its pretty sad when they dont want to give u any ketchup . An that's all the dang McDonald's here in Amarillo they do that all the time u have to ask for it for them to give u enough pretty sad.“
