Had to ask the manager for drink refills. However, our server was very friendly. Overall, it was a good visit and would definitely return when visiting the area.“

“Twin Peaks McKinney is amazing! Faith is a ROCKSTAR!!! And when Juju is there, top tier for those 2. Mia is an asset just like Faith. My only complaint is the bartender Bee, I don't know what she does. She walks around the bar trash talking patrons, making drinks for herself, standing on top of clean glasses and very rarely do I see her make a drink or ask customers if they need anything. Faith and Mia run that show.“

“Visited this location on a Saturday morning early around 830am. They were not busy and we were sat immediately. Ordered coffee, which was good and then quickly were greeted by our waiter, Sam. He was prompt, polite, and repeated order. It came out within 10 mins, perfect to our request. Recommend!“

She was working that grill and fixing plates, cleaning the grill and after herself like I haven’t witnessed in my 55 years, all while remaining calm as ever! “Noone knew how to make a freeze. I was asked what I wanted in it. Maybe the employees should know what is on their menu. We had to wait a while before we were even helped. No one was in line before us either. The poor little girl that was helping us kept asking for help and no one would help her or tell her how to make the dang freeze. Another customer finally told her. Management needs to ensure better training and maybe some training in customer service.“

“We’ve been to the McKinney quite a few times since it opened and have never had an unpleasant experience. My children will actually pick this when given in the options to where we can dine at.
The food is always amazing, service friendly, and wait time never more then 15 minutes. For my husband, two sons and myself we usually spend about 60 to 75 bucks. That’s 4 burgers, 2 sides, one drink, and a shake.
They do have a drive thru but we always choose to dine in.“
