“Wow! I have NO IDEA why all the negative reviews (probably just a bunch of city folk whiners). We were very impressed on our first visit. Love small local eats like this. GREAT SERVICE & friendly attentive wait staff!!! Fried pickles, okra, mashed tators, and crow's feet, were all fantastic!! We will definitely be back! DEFINITELY NOT bland, presentation was perfect, portions were HUGE!!“

“I was in town running some errands and wanted to stop for lunch. I had been to this location previously and was happy with my prior visit. This visit was FANTASTIC! Kayla was my server and she and the support staff were freindly and FAST! My lunch was excellent with piping hot french fries and a delicious burger!

“The food is great, but the friendliness of the employees is outstanding! it is a nice place to visit in the mornings where you are greeted with a smile and a great cup of coffee! The food is prepared according to your wishes and is very appetizing! The restaurant is very tidy and clean! Management insures you are comfortable and takes extra steps to insure your comfort! It has become my favorite restaurant in the area and the experience is memorable! Happy dining!“

“I forgot to take pictures, but OMG! Customer service was great, the food and portion sizes were amazing and I would have paid for the food! If they had one in Kansas City, this would now be my favorite breakfast spot. When I come back I will definitely come back and try the chicken and waffles.“
“Love the Cowboy Club. They have the best bartenders around and “ momma “ Sandy is always on the look out for her people. She requires a safe and respectful environment for women and loves to have fun w her guests. She also looks out for our safety when leaving her establishment. Her family works there and are on point at all times. Drinks are amazing and punctual. I always have a great time and highly recommend checking it out sometime if you haven’t. Cozy family oriented place to have a few drinks and a lot of fun.“

“Just watched the cook on duty cook in the most phenomenal way! She cooks as if she’s an octopus! She was working that grill and fixing plates, cleaning the grill and after herself like I haven’t witnessed in my 55 years, all while remaining calm as ever! Multitasking at its finest and my meal was DELICIOUS!!!“

“Went here while visiting the area. This was a huge difference over the Ihop in our city in Florida. This location was better in every way. Overall service, food quality and atmosphere. This is usually the sign of good management. A special 'shout-out' for our server Letizia. She is an excellent example of the principles and service that I-Hop strives for.“

“Noone knew how to make a freeze. I was asked what I wanted in it. Maybe the employees should know what is on their menu. We had to wait a while before we were even helped. No one was in line before us either. The poor little girl that was helping us kept asking for help and no one would help her or tell her how to make the dang freeze. Another customer finally told her. Management needs to ensure better training and maybe some training in customer service.“

She was incredibly attentive and greeted us with a warm smile right from the start. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, the lively atmosphere, and the exceptional service provided by Hailey.
