“This place was incredible!!! I sat down and was immediately off put by the price, but I’d spent a lot of time finding a place my family could agree on so we stuck it out. And boy am I GLAD we did. I got the burger and it was incredible perfectly juicy and all the flavors blended in so well together. My mom got a salad with the chicken on the side, and that was the BEST chicken any of us ever had, it literally melted in your mouth it was so juicy and tender. They only had 2 options for kids food and my 18 month old picky eater got sliders which she devoured!! The staff was so friendly and accommodated so well with any special requests we had, the owner even came by and played peek a boo with my daughter towards the end of my meal when she began to fuss. The atmosphere really created a vibe that encourages families to sit and talk with one another, we normally are on the phone at dinner type of people and not 1 of us even thought to touch our phone. Give this place a try!!! You won’t regret it“

“My family stopped here for a burger when passing through Denton, and man am I glad we did! Food was delicious. Burgers were juicy and flavorful, fries were crispy, even the fountain coke hit the spot. Jaden was our waiter, and he was a gem - enthusiastic, cheerful, and kind the kiddos. “My wife and I went out on Sunday and Jamie made sure to make us feel welcome and provide great service! The brisket taco’s without eggs ( allergies) are fire, the pancakes were soft, fluffy, huge, and delicious!

“What an EXCELLENT surprise! We were headed home and wanted something different for dinner. Somewhere we’d never been. This place pulled up on my google search and it showed a 5 star rating. So why not!?! We tried it and OMG so glad we tried it. We had the special for dinner, and the sticky ribs and dessert of course! I did not take pictures of our food, so sorry!

“Love Metzlers because they're real, they're local, they're independent - lots of specialty items. But, in my perfect world, the tasty brisket would be just a bit more tender...maybe a little more fatty, with the mouth feel I have grown to love...returning June '24, I can say the grilled cheese w pulled pork has been great, but today was a fairly greasy unweildy sandwich (not cut in halves, hard to eat while driving!). Drinks are over-priced ($3.29), unisex bathroom usually dirty with a greasy, dangerously slippery floor. If it weren't for the very nice people working there, I might bypass in the future.“
