“Went to Smokin' Oak Bar and Grill recently for a birthday party We sat on the patio and even though others were seated at tables around us, it seemed so peaceful. It overlooks a heavily wooded area of the Champions Circle Golf Course. We had excellent service. Our servers name was Autumn and it was obvious that she had been there a while. She knew the menu very well even though we had lots of picky eaters with us with questions. With the patio almost full, she still gave us the right amount of attention. She gave us some recommendations and I got the Brisket Baked Potato and my husband got the Champions Burger. They were both just as she described and we will be back for more. One recommendation that I have would be for the patio area to have some live music when the weather permits. It just seems a good fit for the calming atmosphere.“

“I just went for the first time this week because of their great costumer service when providing (pre-paid) meals to the Argyle HS football players. I was impressed by son’s reviews and how much care they take with the orders. So I went in to pick up dinner for my family and we all enjoyed our meal, I ordered a steak bowl, chicken bowl and cheese quesadilla. I’m so glad we have this option in town.“

Communication was clear and timely, and he was very accommodating when we needed to make adjustments to meet a variety of dietary requirements. Delivery was right on time, and Jay even helped set everything up so everything looked great and was ready to go. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious. We received so many compliments from our guests, and everything was a big hit. We’re very grateful for their professionalism and the care they put into making our event run smoothly. “Went last night (6-17-2026) when we arrived we were the only ones in the place, we ordered beer (they are $4 on wednesday). Then the fun began, they were doing a cooking with Casper (chef) that we were not involved in, I asked Casper about the blueberry mouse, I do not like mashed fruit, Casper brought us some and then a whole plate of different desserts. We ordered our food, I got the brussel sprouts, my friend got the fig flat bread, both were delicious. We were then treated to scones and biscuits they made in the cooking class. OMG they were sooooo good. Plan to go back and maybe do a cooking class.“

“Recently I had a surprise birthday party for my wife Mary. Owners Mike his wife Ruby son Bes and daughter-in-law Red made the occasion truly a night to remember! They have a beautiful private room in the back of the restaurant and all the food that was prepared was excellent! The Service was first rate. They were very accommodating in letting my friends and Family decorate for the party. The bartender is a fine young man named Steven who is so respectful and helpful, a true asset to the establishment! My wife and I dine at Genti's often and have tried many different dishes and never disappointed! Your establishment was so impeccably clean and welcoming. It has left and indelible first impression. I didn’t take any pictures, but they are definitely engraved in my heart and memory.
Your restaurant caters to people on the go, who want to order quickly from a kiosk if they wish. I am old school and I need my human interaction. From the moment we walked in, your decor was so inviting and nostalgic. It was like a trip down memory lane. It reminded me of simpler times back home with my parents and grandparents growing up.
Sophie was extremely helpful and addressed all of my questions or concerns. She listened attentively and was able to make some recommendations. Then we met your diamond, Miss Karla. She added that special attention and interest that made me feel like I had known her all of my life.
She made us aware that she knew who was preparing the food today, and they were awesome at their work.
The Chicago Hotdogs were absolutely delicious! Those sport peppers, kosher pickle spear and that special sauce just made those hotdogs taste like no other. The fries were freshly made and seasoned to perfection. The cheese sauce was definitely an added bonus. I have know found my new burger place. The meat to bun ratio, the condiments and how it was dressed, complimented the entire burger. One of the BEST char-broiled burgers that I have ever eaten. The Dr. Pepper shake was a hit with my daughter!
The icing on the cake occurred when Miss Karla came to the dining area to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our food. I told her that she was right on the money, the cooks definitely knew what they were doing back there. We then started talking about things in general, and realized we had so much in common. We are both from West Texas and she even knew the town where I was born. Miss Karla is a walking encyclopedia, she has so much knowledge about pop culture history and is a gem when it comes to hospitality. I could have talked to her the entire time that we were there, but I didn’t want her to get in trouble with management.
We then met the manager on duty, James. Well it was extremely obvious how much he cares for his associates. A real leader is someone who respects their employees and is willing to invest time and energy to see them succeed in their role.
He also demonstrated how much he appreciates his customers for their patronage. He represented your company with so much enthusiasm and pride. These are the establishments that make you want to come back and who make your visits unforgettable! I can hardly wait for our next visit.

“My family and I enjoy this location, more since they moved as there is much more parking though getting out on Swisher and heading west can be a bear during traffic times. They should install a light here as there is a lot of Chick traffic and the apartment complex.

The crew is very friendly and responsive to the guests food is properly cooked and always fresh.

My kid loves the sandwiches before going to school and he loves the nuggets. I like their salads.“

“When we ordered the gentleman at the register was very kind and smiled the whole time, food came out fast, and later the manager came to our table and asked to double check our receipt since it seemed a little high, and she came back with a new receipt having taken $5 off since we overpaid for our salad. “Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. Luckily, I’m sure it was a fluke, and I know they usually do a lot better, so I’ll be back. This is simply a heads up for the managers that y’all weren’t on your game today. 2/10/2023 @ 1145.“
