“Awesome experience 👏🏻 😎 I like that it wasn’t only oriental workers, so it felt welcoming and non judgmental towards Americans. My server also just casually put the check down and came back later without saying much, very private and quiet lunch hours. The seating is immaculate! The booths and tables are spread apart very far from each other which is great- allowing everyone to eat in peace. The buffet itself was incredibly fresh, yummy, and filling! There were loads of options and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was nasty. (Asian buffet sucks in comparison to this place). The decor was cool too. The carpet was nasty looking honestly- lots of food spill stains… but then again it’s probably been in there for decades. I’d 10000% come back here again with my husband!!“

“Excellent food—delicious, authentic, and served in portions that are more than enough to satisfy. We were a family of five (four adults and one teenager), and everyone had plenty to eat. They also offer great promotions with your order. You won't find anything better for the quality and value they provide. Highly recommended!“

“On a busy Saturday we came for dinner. They still provided great customer service, despite being short staffed. They still had an adequate wait time for our food to come out and it was delicious. Husband got the general tso’s chicken and I got orange chicken, so tasty! We’ve been coming here about 9 years and they never disappoint! Keep it up Splendid!“

“The dim sum here is the best is the area. Order the Mongolian beef, sweet and sour pork, stir fry noodles, yang zhou fried rice with char siew! Chicken feet, siew mai, char siew bao is very good too! Beer is cheapest you can find in a restaurant around here too 👍🏻“

“I have been going to this Chinese take out for last 25 years now. Not as often lately ,but it's the best Chinese take out in town within 15 miles. Even though there is a cook , the owners are cooking the food themselves most times. Fresh and delicious.....“

“Really well cooked food . Me and my family come often for large meals so they got our vote . However sometimes their chicken can be a hit or miss sometimes is great and the other it's tough as nails. Which is what's keeping from a 5 on food BUT would go again.“

“I miss this place so much. I have no clue why the reviews are so low but it has been 10 years since ive been. I had to see if this spot was still here. Im so happy that it is. I swear next time im in Dallas, im going to order all the fried rice i can get. The staff was always super friendly.“

“Extremely disappointed. Everything lacked flavor. From the salad bar dressing to the pickled okra to the lo mein, to the fried rice, the shrimp, the crawfish, the mushrooms, the chicken dishes...just not fresh and tasted horrible. The sushi looked decent but I was too scared to eat it bc I could tell the hot bar food wasn't fresh....I wasn't going to try my luck on their raw fish. It was a complete waste of money and I do not recommend at all. I love good Chinese food but this was probably the worst I've had. Surprisingly, they were crowded though. I guess I just have standards when it comes to quality and taste of food.“

“Very authentic and unique food... Cooked by Asian Men!! The owner is very nice 🙂 They are #1 in Arlington and the food tastes like it should. It's a little pricey, but when you taste that taste you'll understand especially if you're a food connoisseur... You will appreciate it 🤤😋“

“***updated review***
After many years, I decided to give it another try—WOW. This is now my favorite Chinese spot in Arlington. Being from the Midwest, I’ve struggled to find Chinese food that compares to back home, but this place is on point. I always order through DoorDash, and the food arrives hot, fresh, flavorful, and with generous portions. I’m so glad I gave them another chance and will definitely keep recommending them.
Bad first impression. Decided to visit after a friend continued to rave about how good the food is. Saturday hours listed are 11am to 10:30 pm. When I arrived at 9:45 they were closed. This is definitely not good business!“

“It was $11 for some rice and orange chicken, worth the price I didn't take a picture because I bought it for my sister and she's a picky teenager she said it was the best orange chicken ever, I took a bite and it was really good, it was fresh and we were the only ones there she also said she'd want them to cater for her graduation party next year thats how much she loved it so I came to leave a review 😊“

“I used to frequent Bethany’s a lot when I went to the nearby schools half my life ago. It’s a rare occasion that I find myself there now, but when I do, I always enjoy the best watermelon slush with boba.“

“The food was excellent all around, important for a buffet. The seafood is my favorite, but the veggies deserve a mention as they taste fresh and properly seasoned. The chicken is also fresh tasting, and I feel like I'm getting actual protein from actual meats and seafoods instead of the genetically modified ingredients of fast food restaurants.
So 6.99 a pound for takeout is more than worth it.
The service was also excellent, exceptional in fact. Tommy, our cashier, was so astonishingly nice and such a wholesome representative of the restaurant. He offered us both buy one get one free deal at the end of the night, as we would be some of the last customers to arrivr
arrive.
My family also loves their offerings. If you want to fill up on different seafoods or America Chinese chicken dishes, then come to this buffet.
Atmosphere is laid back and friendly.“

“Over 15 years of eating here off and on. So happy to visit town and see they are still in business. Crazy to see the kids grown up, was shocked.Combination Fried rice is still great lol and the chicken wings. It's rare u see family owned businesses survive through it all. They are a staple in the community, treat people with kindness, and take pride in their business. Realized I've never left a review and thought I'd change that. Thank you guys for all you do and allowing for memories to be made. So many people commenting on how this was a delight or treat after family outings. That was my memory as well.“
“The best spot in Arlington for a unique treat for you or the kids! Super cute area with a huge menu of options. They truly go above and beyond to make snowcones an art form! So fun!“

“I love this small business! It’s my go to for Chinese food. Unfortunately the phone order system doesn’t seem to work anymore and I can never tell when they are open now. Since they make the food fresh not being able to call is keeping me from ordering from here. But I will have to go in person next weekend.“

“This has honestly been the best Chinese I’ve had since I moved to Texas, and I’ve had more misses than wins when it comes to Chinese here. The food was fresh, huge portions, and just nothing like it in the area. The General tso’s chicken I had was flavorful, wonderfully saucy, and hit everything I was looking for. I will definitely be returning.“
