Firehouse Subs W. Arbrook is a popular spot that offers delicious sandwiches. The bread is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, making the whole sandwich taste great. The cashier is often friendly, and the store is clean and hygienic. Parking is free and convenient. Customers have had mostly positive experiences, with one noting the helpfulness of the manager when they had trouble with the app. The delivery service is also praised for its speed. However, some customers wish the restaurant could include condiments in kids' meals, as they had to take the sandwiches home to finish eating.
