1st comment was supposed to be for a completely differentlocation.
Now, this is for Wingstop
Good atmosphere, clean place, and my preferred location from the area. I like that they put plenty of sauce on the wings.
The only thing I don't like is that they don't make the fries well done no matter how I request it, in the app or in person. Please make them golden when customer ask for it.
Keep up the good work.“
“Ordered dine-in last night and wings were great, would be better if they added more sauce. Fries were delicious. Restaurant was extremely clean. Nichole took my order, she’s a sweetheart. Helped me find a good deal and introduced me to my new favorite sauce. Her exuberant attitude is what customer service needs more of.“
“I have been to many Wingstops, this one has definitely held the standard in taste and quality. The team lead/manager was helping keep the staff focused on customers. I don't usually write reviews, but my son was impressed with the food.“
“I had a great experience at Wingstop! The wings were flavorful and cooked just right—crispy on the outside and juicy inside. I especially loved the Louisiana Rub, and my daughter is a Lemon Pepper fan.— This location does not overcook the wings so the are tasty. The fries were seasoned well and had that perfect balance of sweet and salty. The 20 for 20 was just the deal we needed today.“
“I’ve been to this Wingstop multiple times and have noticed that Jayla is overall a really nice person. All the cashiers are very nice, sweet, and well-mannered girls. But what I witnessed last night was truly disgusting for a customer to speak to a cashier that way, especially someone who was just trying to help and was being very polite. That customer had the nerve to call her “slow,” which made Jayla visibly upset and I don’t blame her. You don’t go to someone’s job and talk to them like that.As adults, especially as elderly women, we should know better than to go into an establishment and treat anyone that way. I’m so sorry she had to experience that. Management should have escorted those customers out instead of allowing them to finish their food there. This is exactly why people think they can treat workers poorly because management doesn’t always stand up for their employees when someone is being extremely rude. That customer needed more than just a talk; she needed to be escorted out of the building immediately. Management should always have their workers’ backs, otherwise people will keep coming back thinking they can disrespect them again.Jayla, you keep making Wingstop an awesome experience along with the other girls!“
“Aug 27..was having issues with my tmobile bogo 10 wings, the manager or supervisor, I forgot to get his name, was patient and very helpful, we ended up getting Louisiana rub, BBQ, lemon pepper and parmesan and all flavors were excellent. They threw in an order of fries and veggies even when I offered to pay for them, even if I hadn't had his help or extras thrown in, I would give same review..thanks again to everyone there“
“My family and I came here 2 weeks (August 13) on a Sunday. I believe the person who took our order their name was Landon?? It was a young teenager/college guy with short curly hair, and it was around 2:56pm. when we came to eat
I'm someone's who's very picky with customer service, but this guy was very well spoken, patient, and polite. Though the food did take awhile but it was fresh and hot plus the service was good so I didn't mind at all. Hope that guy is doing well“
“I’m love this location and this is the only Wingstop I’ll patronize in this area. It’s clean, the food is always good and the manager and team are extremely kind and treat you like family. Jo is doing a phenomenal job! Great management, great team, great food equals happy customers! Thank you!“
