I recently went to this restaurant with three of my kids and my Dad, I watched a young lady work three areas with kindness, and effort to get everyone's order out, I did not get her name she was a young white lady she really was impressive for someone who worked in fastfood for over 18 years it was really genuine to see someone work in such a fashion and not show any frustration, she was apologizing, and courteous. The food was extremely fatty, they forgot to give us the bottle of water. They gave us the wrong sandwich. A lady who was there had many minutes for her food. We have reached many McDonald's and we have never had to use many napkins to absorb fat from food.
