“I reserved online for my daughter’s birthday and got into town an hour earlier and they still were able to accommodate us. At the table with the menus was a birthday card with a really nice and meaningful note on the inside. Staff, drinks, and food were amazing! Definitely recommend checking this place out.“

“Our first visit to this restaurant celebrating my bday and wanted to try something new. We were delighted to try new food items; our server "Christine" guided us through the menu and offered recommendations. She was AMAZING! Everything we tried; dumplings, peking duck, chicken taro egg roll, and those duck pancakes were DELICIOUS. BRAVO...Presentation of food was beautiful. I was blessed with an adorable dessert♡“

“The Chicken Tikka Massala was the best chicken and rice combo I’ve ever had, hands down. I bought to share with my husband and I didn’t even want to at the end.
The Mango Lassi was definitely very different than I’ve had before, I believe it came cardamom, I’m not really sure, but it was amazing!
I’ll be coming back for more.“

“They're out of stock of eggs and my order was the bimbimbap which supposedly has an egg on it. However, the two ladies that served me put extra avocado and the peach basil lemonade drink that I ordered was for free as a replacement! such a nice gesture :) they're so polite too :)“

“I love Chi'Lantro, but I hate that they put the hot food on plastic bags. The micro-plastics get into the food when heated, you can taste it and it leaves one feeling weird. Plus, no cash? What the heck is that about, the pandemic is over. Look, stop putting heated food on thin plastic and I'll become a frequent customer again. Thanks!“

“4 big eaters, 2 who've spent time in Asia, 1 extensively in Vietnam. The menu was large, and included both traditional appetizer and drink selections. No bia hoi/bia tuoi here, though! But they even had flan on offer for dessert.
We started with fresh spring rolls (pork ond shrimp) which were huge. 3 had the ribeye pho, and I did traditional dry noodles with sauce and condiments. Everything was fresh ingredients, big portions, and attentive service. 2 couldn't finish and took the rest as takeaway.
When over 1/2 the paying customers are Vietnamese themselves, you know you are on to A Good Thing.“

“While this place is has alot of rare fruits and vegetables and a wide selection of Asian delectables, it is busy. Wall to wall. I rather go during the week when its not so crowded. Food court, we had the Korean chicken and another beef rib dish. Food is excellent. The restaurants are fast.“
“After rushing to get to car rental return, it was nice to have a spot to sit down for a minute, take a deep breath, grab a light breakfast and collect myself before heading on to my terminal. The best part was the young man taking and serving my order. He had a gentle, pleasant manner and was conscientious about the way he served me. It was so refreshing and much appreciated! There was even a young man sitting at another cafe table playing gentle tunes on the guitar.Thank you!“

“The appetizer plate was good. I had the tendon, sliced potatoes, and wood ear fungus. Felt very at home eating here. Missed having good Chinese food options here and I would come back again. The green onion pancake was also very good. It was flakey and full of flavor.“

“I am unsure why this place isn't super busy. The people are so nice and the place is owned by the same people that own fat Dragon Chinese. The food is really good, pretty good quality for really reasonable pricing and really cute decorations ♡ my husband and I came here for a date night and the food was yummy .“

“The food was delicious we had the brisket hash and the puff pastry . I tried the homemade Sangria and it did not disappoint. The customer service was excellent and our server was very attentive The handwritten birthday card signed by the staff and the dessert treat was a nice touch. It was my first visit but I definitely will return. The only problem was parking, not enough of it behind the restaurant but I loved everything else.“

“Truly a great experience all around! Ninja Taco has great food for breakfast lunch or dinner. I’ve gone back multiple times. I have pretty much tried everything on the menu. All of it was great! The owner is very friendly and is always experimenting with new menu items. Don’t leave without trying the brussel sprouts. :)“

“Great food & great service! Lots of options for both protiens and veggies. Not to mention, the magic sauce is delicious. My go-to is a K-Pop chicken bowl with noodles+rice, veggies, & avocado. But it's hard to go wrong at Chi'lantro regardless of what you pick. Plus the staff is always friendly and accommodating, Thanks so much! 🍲🙏“

“Stumbled upon Mam Mam after visiting the stationary store across the street.
Wanted to try the curry since it had thai and Malaysian influences. I told the cashier I missed malay food a lott (having grown up in nyc with malaysian parents) and I'm trying to find some good ones in austin 😭
The chef also threw in some fish sauce wings on the house which was so sweet! 🥹 friendly service & everything was so yummy~ the roti reminded me of home -- will definitely be back to try other menu items!“

“Ordered pretty 1 of everything. Gyozas, fries and fried chicken tacos were soooo crispy and delicious. Pork belly tonkatsu had a very tasty broth. Tofu taco was super cute looking but the sauce was a little sweet for me so my husband ate it. Pork and teriyaki chicken were tasy but basic. Have a veggie bao and spicy pork bao along with the rest of the ramen saved for later. Staff was very nice and polite.“

“We chose Ling Kitchen to celebrate a birthday. It was a dining experience that we will not forget. The staff were easy to communicate with and facilitate a food allergy, prior to arrival. Once you arrive, they will let you into a gated parking lot in the back. You will be greeted by the staff and shown to the front of the building where you will be received with champagne and tea. The dining room is one large family table directly in the kitchen.
The hosts will guide you through an exquisite 9 course tasting menu. The first 5 courses had a heavy seafood focus. Of these courses, the highlights were the seafood spread on top of a fried taro and the dumplings which had a delicious chicken filing accompanied by seafood. Moving on to the meat courses. The got better and better. The Peking Duck 2 ways that you turned into a bao slider was very good. The beef was cooked to perfection. It had a slightly sweet sauce, with a Thai basil pesto, and jellied fish and fried potato for texture. The main dishes concluded with our favorite of the night. It was a pork belly recipe that had been passed down through the family. The sauce was savory, salty, and sweet. The dish was accompanied by fried garlic and onions and a delicious black garlic leaf. The gold sheet on top was an added touch of elegance. The 5 small desserts that finished the meal were good, but nothing we would seek out again. This truly is one of the best dining experiences in Austin.“
