My family comes to this location a lot and we’ve always had good service. Lately, however, they’ve been hiring new staff and they either don’t know how many scoops of ice cream are used to make a medium shake ($6 shake and it’s missing some), charge you incorrectly and have to swipe your card again, or don’t realize who’s next in line (because they didn’t ask) and they skip you.
So, I'm sure I'll never hear from you and there is no where on your website to email you, but today your store on West Parmer in Austin, Texas has surely lost you a returning customer due to poor service and quality of food.

You guys need to have better service because you guys don't care how long people wait here. I see the reviews here about how staff here is nice but I guess with me coming in at night the crew treats you differently. No customer service at all.
